Thankfully we did not stay at this rundown hotel. Our group was there to visit the Dead Sea and to use the pool. The lobby looked okay, but the locker rooms and exit to the pool area where there was the grinding of workers fixing tiles (just an added insult) was disgusting. It was dirty and there were glass doors with broken glass in them and large holes in walls, etc...needless to say we did not even go into the pool.

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff was unfriendly, unhelpful and downright rude in fact. The lobby bathrooms were filthy - toilets had feces all over the seats and there was no toilet paper. The menu and food was atrocious. We ordered room service m, the food was not what the menu advertised it as, there were no napkins provided, no tray to place food on, and then two hours later the staff called and demanded that we come to the lobby to pay as they said they could not charge it to our room and they would not allow us to pay upon check out (the next morning). What’s the point of room service if you have to go to the lobby after your meal to pay for it? The Dead Sea is great - this hotel is definitely not great and I recommend staying elsewhere.

My wife and I enjoyed the amenities and facilities of the hotel. I loved the access to their private beach and you also have a choice of outdoor fresh water pool or indoor salt water pool or you can do both, which we did. Buffet breakfast food selection was amazing, and the servers were delightful. We went there during Hanukkah and they served free donuts, sweets, and tea. It was a really nice touch. We were booked in a room with a wide balcony and a jacuzzi, and the jacuzzi was in perfect running condition.

Booked 5 rooms for a family reunion. Beach and beach facilities are beautiful. The rooms are run down (though clean bed sheets) with poor maintanance. Definitly not a 5* hotel. More 3* that is run down.

All in one. Once you sign up, you don't have to go anywhere or worry about anything. Everything you need is just a few steps away, inside the hotel. And, of course, the most important thing is the staff. The receptionist Natalie is truly hospitable, polite, genuinely caring and very professional.

Best hotel of the tour. Right on the beach of the Dead Sea. Has two salt water pools. One indoor and one outdoor. I loved the sauna. It was an experience to be in the dead sea you would not have believed. Beds are comfortable. Slept pretty good. Food is all kosher but don't be scared of that as it is really good.
