I stayed at the hotel as part of a business seminar. The food was mediocre. The room was simply dirty, sticky floor, dirty carpet, all of the furniture aged and chipped, the bath simply appalling, rusty, stained and scratched, toilet smelling of urine with dirt and hair behind the stained seat. Empty used soap canister left in the shower. Truly...

This is a big property with nice views of the Dead Sea. Pros: Location is excellent. The private "beach" is a plus, the spa services, indoor and outdoor pool amenities. Rooms: Spacious room with balcony on the 11th floor overlooking the mountain and the sea. Loved the patio chairs and table on the balcony. The bathrooms are huge with ample...

A disappointment in a beautiful place and a very dirty hotel The hotel should be a 4 star hotel: the welcome was up to par. The building is well designed, the spaces are well thought out and the location is nice. It is then at the sight of the rooms, dirty (cleaning done badly for several years, the dirt has...

This hotel is very large and fairly modern. We were greeted with a drink and some cookies. Our room had a nice view of the Dead Sea and the room was fairly large. The hotel provides tickets for pool towels. Wish they had explained how to get a bathrobe like others were wearing. The indoor salt water pool and jacuzzi...

While we did not stay at the hotel, we spent a spa day there. The hotel offers a package of a buffet lunch and a day in indoor pools filled with Dead Sea water. The all you can eat buffet was stocked with many types of salads, meats, and fish. It also included a plentiful dessert buffet. All was delicious!...

We stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights.the room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view. We asked for linens for the pullout couch. It took several phone calls and over four hours to receive them. The meals were tasty though breakfast was exactly the same on both days. The downstairs dining room fills up very quickly....

We came in December, which is not "the season" on the Dead Sea area. The hotel is located in the north of all the hotels area. We got 2 rooms in the 17th floor -what a great view! I am very disappointed from the service and from the room cleaning. The dinner was very low level in the first evening. On the second evening was better. The weather now is excellent now. 21/12/2017. The sea had not enough towels. I have to wait 30 minutes to get a towel
