Hotel has about 250 rooms with about 30 plus surface parking spot available, net of those consumed by an semi permanent event tent. Security guard demanded removal of vehicle, while checking in, to a remote lot about 1/4 mile away to an unpaved dusty lot which was full as well. Spa pool wasn't cleaned from previous day as well as...

Really nice hotel. We really enjoyed staying there. Very accommodating staff front desk and front desk manager. Food was really good. Housekeeping is extremely nice and very hard working. Also a very nice spa and treatments. Hotel located close to the beach. And you can walk anywhere from there.

Great hotel, super location. Used the spa and dining facilities and took the shuttle to the beach for the all important 'float'. Daniel the bell boy was really helpful, locked luggage in a safe room and arranged all that we needed.

The hotel was nice... but for the money we expected more... The Food was OK for adults... Kids really struggled to find something they liked AND they had really hard time getting the food (all counters are high and my 7y.o could not reach ...) The Pool area was great and we really enjoyed it. Drinks and icecream for kids......

The food is very good! Service is good too, however the building condition as for the hallways, pools area etc. are in mint condition. Hallways in all floors smells and a very old carpets. Lobby is newly renovated and up to date

I am sorry to make a negative review, but I would want to read this before booking at this hotel. This is a 3 star hotel, at best---and the rooms are quite dated. The worst part is the customer service. They falsly charged my credit card and said they cannot refund me as I have an international VISA. Now I...

We came as a large group of teachers as part of a study retreat. We were treated as individuals and given good service. The auditorium that was set up was effective for the group. As a religious group they provided us with separate spa hours for women and men. The food was varied and good as usual..Definitely a place to...

The rooms are nice and contain everything you need (kettle, coffee, tea, safe, luggage table, cable tv, refrigerator). Food is fantastic with very large choice of high quality and all kind of drinks: water, coke, beer, wine and so on. Spa is just great. The Isrotel beach provides you with water and robe.

I have only heard rave reviews of this hotel We reserved a room for three adults. Upon arrival, room was set for two. After four phone calls, three visits, and very rude attitudes, almost three hours later room was arranged. (Still no glasses in bathroom which came next morning) There were no slippers or complimentary water bottles, and amenities were...
