My husband and I were at the hotel last week. The service is very good and the hotel's location is excellent-just afew steps away from the beach. But the hotel's level is not 5 star and not up to the Herbert Samuel in Herzliya which I stayed at before. They did renovate but still the carpet in the hall is dirty and needs to be replaced, and there is unclean plastic in the shower in the bathroom in the room. The room we stayed in was deluxe sea view and had a good view and was a good size. The massage was excellent but the plastic around the pools needs upgrading. It was nice but just not up to the Herbert Samuel luxury standards.
A very average hotel. The reception staff was very helpful and nice and helped us with arranging a parking space in the very small parking lot that suppose to provide parking to the hotel guests. The rooms are a average to any European or American standards. The room was clean but the housekeeping staff does not have vacuum cleaners so the room was never vacuumed in the three days we were there nor the hallways. The shower area does not a shelf for soap or shampoo. You have to leave everything on the shower floor. We had breakfast and dinner paid and both were average and fresh. The bread is simply awful. The pool area is crowded and the speakers Re blasting music so loud that you could not hear the other person talking to you. The beach is nice. Would look for another place next time.…
Very nice hotel. Great atmosfire. Very quite and calm. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is rich. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Its third time for us here, and we soo happy every time to come back. It's have a privet beach, with free chairs and beds. And you can snorkel there freely.

Horrible place, dirty, staff very unprofessional and not english speaking. Dirty room, dirty spa, horrible dining room and terrible food for dinner and breakfast. We paid for an upgraded room and the room was dirty even after asking twice to clean. They came with a wet towel and started swiping the floor throwing the dirt from one side to the other.
Very good hotel, clean and comfortable rooms, good and relaxing spa with a Dead sea water indoor pool, great service and great food. Both me and my clients ejoyed staying here very much and I will reccomend this hotel also to others. Value for money at it's best
My sister and I had the perfect stay. Arrived Monday and Angelina at front desk checked us in with courtesy, friendliness and warmth. Hotel is on the beautiful beach and spent wonderful afternoon both in the sea and in indoor heated mineral pool. Room was perfect for us. No frills but clean, well equipped with good coffee and products and robes we could wear to the beach. Decided to take buffet dinner option and found something delicious for every taste. Our vegan and vegetarian friends would be totally happy too. Hassan who cleared table was really attentive and dining experience great. Was able to adjust air and open balcony door to get temperature that worked for us for sleeping. Had brisk morning walk along the seaside promenade and returned for amazing buffet breakfast. Were able to get late checkout so returned to beach equipped with black Dead Sea mud and again had incomparable experience. Met housekeeping staff Shadi and Hiba when returned to room to pack. Were impressed by how welcoming all staff were. Were able to leave luggage in secure room off the lobby and returned to beach until time to catch the bus to Jerusalem. There may be newer or more luxurious options, but truly I wouldn't swop anything.…
Bad decision to book here for my partners birthday! So check in was a mess, we got to the hotel and tried to enter the parking twice no one opened the gate so we assumed we had the wrong enternce so we drove around and then called the hotel so they can let us in. WE get to check in, they gave us a room that is occupied, we had a spa treatment and had to be fast ! Had to run down to get another room then the room we got had no robes so had to go to reception and ask twice to get them. The reception staff are not as friendly. Was late for spa treatment around 120usd. We decided to stay in hotel and get dinner ... it's 180nis per person no drinks .. they just server water very expensive for the food offered, but atleast the waiters were very nice and the food was OK. Overall not a pleasant experience will go back to isrotel next time.…
Stayed 2 nights. Hotel is modern and feels fresh, coming from Tiberius where we stayed at an older hotel. Room is spacious for twin beds. We had balcony that overlooks the dead sea & could catch the sunrise. Breakfast and dinner had good spread. The ox-tail stew was superbly done and the poached salmon fresh and done just right. Best part of stay is the easy access from hotel to the dead sea. Beach showers available after your dip. Hotel pool and spa were great though a bit crowded in the afternoon. The staff were all friendly and approachable. Short walk to the Diamond Centre. Bus shuttle available to the Dead Sea Mall.
Stay away from this place, is absolutelly not worth the money or your time. Dirty, filthy and half destroyed bathrooms and showers in the Spa area..we couldnt even take a shower there, it was the worst experience ever at the Dead Sea. The huge lack of workers. Waste of money
