I was second time on Dead Sea from Israel side. And was looking for good hotel with nice amenities. Here you can find good sauna, hamam, outside swimming pool and indoor swimming pool with warm temperature (37-38 celcium) from Dead Sea. And you don’t need to pay extra for it. Delicious food for Half board with many options for vegetation, vegan, pescatarian and others. So appreciated to GM Alona, all staff in restaurant , spa, lifeguards, house keeping and reception. If you are looking for good family hotel with perfect price is your hotel.

The hotel personnel is not trained to give good service. I encountered several problems in this area. One time for example my room key did not work and I have to go downstairs to the front desk. This is around 6pm and there’s only one person attending and several couples waiting to check in. Do I have to wait for all these people to check in before I have my key fixed? I try to tell the person in the front desk about my key but he doesn’t listen. My wife goes outside to the lady in the parking/reception and she gets yelled at. That nasty lady said she was working only security. I decide to wait. In the meantime I see a staffer placing some 3 large coolers with welcome drinks. I take a plastic cup and fill it with the orange type drink and when I start drinking, the staffer, who knew that I was waiting for my key to get fixed, tells me I can’t take a drink from there because it’s for the tour bus coming soon. That’s when I blew my top, and gave it to the staffer. Needless to say my key got fixed quickly after that. Several other situations like this happened in only one night stay. The rooms are small and the view is ok. The food is goog but not great. I would not stay here again because of the way I was treated.…

Excellent deep tissue massage by Elidad. Good food (breakfast and dinner). Room was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Would have loved to stay longer. Close to dead sea and other restaurants too.

i visit this hotel for the forth time. this is my favorite hotel from all the hotels in the area. the location is very convinient- near the beach of the dead sea. the bus station is right in front of the hotel. the hotel policy doesnt include children, so it pretty quiet. the breakfast and dinner are great, the staff are friendly and especially Alona that gave us the best service and feeling of home. the pool inside the hotel include the dead sea water that are heated..and the spa area is very nice. we enjoyed this staying and recomend this hotel

The Good: - The hotel's staff are the shining star of the stay, they are super nice and are always willing to go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay. - The hotel facilities are clean and accommodating. - The rooms are a bit outdated but comfortable. - The gardens and outdoor furniture are all new and well maintained which along side the quite manor of the hotel provides a very relaxing experience. - The hotel is located within a 3 minutes walking distance of the main beach. The bad: - There are no balconies in the rooms - There's no bathroom ventilation in the rooms which fog up in a second. - We took a half board stay and the food isn't that good with low variety. I'd recommend only going for the breakfast option. - The spa couples room are nice and treatments are good but they don't make advantage of all the options and you end up with a feeling that the experience was missing. In addition, the level of cleanness has room to improve. …

The hotel setting is great and the dining experience is amazing! The evening buffet was delicious and full of variety! Manager Machmud Abu Ganem welcomed us as a gracious host who made us feel welcome and made sure our experience was memorable. I highly recommend the Oasis Dead Sea hotel and especially the dining cuisine. It will be a highlight for you and your group.

I highly recommend getting a massage with experienced masseurs Semyon or Eyal for those who need it. Their skillful hands will find the strained muscles in your back and neck and efficiently relax them without causing pain. The acupuncture procedure is equally effective. I wish I could do it more frequently.
