Great hotel. Clean rooms. The beach and pool area is perfect. Plenty of beach and pool-side seating with adequate umbrellas and shade. Complementary sunscreen is a plus. Possibly the best part of it is the pop-up bar at the beach/pool with Jose is amazing! The quality of the drinks are matched with perfect presentation.

I had the pleasure of visiting the Ritz Carlton Aruba and it was wonderful. They had the best drinks and service there. Cornell was so personable, knowledgeable and made the very Best drinks ever and made us come back again and again. Dahlia was so sweet and caring and made sure we were all well taken care of. Ricardo was so professional, friendly and attentive to all of the guests and made us all feel so welcome! Coming here is a must when you are in Aruba!

Do not fall for the concierge upgrade. The room was beautiful but the food quality in the concierge room was poor. It’s a shame, the rest of the food in the hotel was amazing. They closed at 10 which is a bit early if you are out- coming back for a drink and dessert The rooms were beautiful and the food at the pool was amazing

It was our 4th trip to Aruba, we tried several different resorts in the past, all atPalm beach. Ritz-Carlton was first time. I want to say, this place is absolutely fabulous from every point. First of all, the service is impeccable. People in every department try to do whatever possible to make sure your stay is just absoluwonderful Second, food in every Ritz restaurant is superb. Breakfast and dinner were my favorite . We did try number of restaurants outside of ritz too, but every time we’re making conclusion that Ritz places are better Third, the beach, beautiful and comfortable, can be at the beach, at the pool, in the shades or under the frying sun, whatever you wish. We also really liked that it was no loud music that on other beaches with no breaks; so one cannot hear the own voice. We had a regular king room with partial ocean view. And it was very spacious, bathroom spacious as well with everything that one needs. Anyway I can continue on and on and on, overall the best experience we ever had at Aruba or any other Caribbean island. We are coming back, unfortunately not a next week, but soon.

We had such a beautiful experience for four nights! We switched to the Ritz last minute and were amazed by the wonderful hospitality. Ricardo took really good care of me and my husband and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of for our stay. He shared that he’s studying hotel management, and we were amazed. It was so clear that Richardo was studying the best practices for hospitality. It’s amazing he was showing those skills in the real world and we could witness the hospitality skills learned in his studies with ourselves and many other guests. 10/10, would recommend staying at the Ritz Carlton Aruba mainly for the kindness and care we were shown by Richardo. The sunset was so beautiful too and Richardo even offered to take some really good pictures of me and my husband together in front of it. I’m so amazed by the kindness of staff members like Richardo at the Ritz Carlton Aruba. Additionally loved the drinks made by Manuel at the Volkswagen. And Timothy the concierge was also very attentive and kind during our stay.

The Ritz is a wonderful hotel but want this review to be directed specifically to the Pool/Beach Bar. The service was exceptional, and the food was delicious. Their recommendations for food and signature drinks were spot-on for the entire week. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They work so hard and at all times had a smile on their face. Each day they welcomed us back, even remembering our names! A special mention to Joally, Samuel and Jorge Madero, plus the many staff members who also gave us fabulous service but we did not get their names. Thank you for making our stay so special!

Staying at the Ritz for our first trip to Aruba exceeded all of our expectations! We had a fantastic, relaxing vacation. Lovely hotel grounds and large balconies with beautiful views! Housekeeping staff was excellent and very attentive especially Viola. Ruiz, Leonardo and Harold went above and beyond when helping us select and prepare our chairs at the beach and pool each day! Luis and Nathaniel were outstanding as well! Overall our stay at the Ritz was an amazing experience!

Ritz Carlton in Aruba is a beautiful resort on a gorgeous island. This was our 10th trip to the island but our first at the Ritz. I was very surprised at the lack of security or attention to individuals who used the facilities who were not guests. One example was a couple that would come to the hotel everyday with hiking backpacks and make themselves st home under the beach umbrellas, use the facilities including the gym. We would then see them leave the resort after 5 and make their way back on the road. There were a few others as well but this one went on for the majority of our stay there. When paying a a premium room rate combined with various resort fees, I would expect a bit more attention.

Dear Naypat, Thank you for your loyalty to Aruba and for sharing your comments. We aim to keep the resort amenities exclusive to our paying guests at all times. The beach is public, and anyone can use this. Many tourists to cross through our resort to use the beaches however I will ensure that we pay closer attention to this, as the umbrellas and chairs are for our hotel guests. My sincere apologies for this inconvenience. I hope to be able to welcome you back personally in the near future for your 11th vacation on Aruba. Sincerely, Louella Brezovar Hotel Manager

Outstanding in every way. Genuine staff adept in the brand standards. Our friendly and attentive room attendant, Linda, was great to see every day. Pool and beach staff were heroes for braving the heat and being there when you needed them - thanks, Gregory and team. Rooms and balconies are large and well-appointed. Everything was just right for a restful and easy holiday.
