The amazing views and fun family time was overshadowed by noisiness music blaring until well after midnight. What really disturbed me was watching motorcycles and cars clearly speeding a so-called female security officer banged on my RV very loud and obnoxious while eating dinner and falsely accused my vehicle of going over the 10 MPH speed limit which did not happen, she did not identify herself other than claiming she was security No uniform No identification. As she was yelling at my family other vehicles sped by as they had been all day. she did nothing. The police were obviously called as I witnessed them drive passed my RV then park at her trailer and smoke cigarettes with her.. We reported the incident to the main office and the property managers wife on duty simply didnt care. As a proud military person travelled the world ive never used or wanted to use RACE card but this was a clear incident of racial targeting. Pretty place however I'll spend my money elsewhere NEVER AGAIN!!

I had high expectations and this was a big let down. The campground is 95% seasonal sites. The map shows a beach...don't plan to swim unless you want to jump off the wall into multiple jellyfish. There is no walk into the water access. There is, what looks like a very nice pool and water activity area for kid. (I did not go to it) That said...most people go to this area for a beach. We never found the 1 bathhouse they have for over 1000 campsites. Used the laundry that had multiple "out of order" machines and no change cuz no one had filled the machine 2 days after the weekend for 1000 site campground! And got a bit of an attitide when asking for change at the store. Also...no wifi at sites. I haven't stayed at a campground in years that doesn't provide wifi. Not someplace I would recommend mostly because of the high price for an average camping experience.

We arrived to check in and were somewhat confused at the wonky way to the office. When an rv park is this busy you have to dodge incoming vehicles to get checked in. We felt like some better signage other than what was already there would have been helpful. To be fair we did stay over the 4th of July weekend and yes we did expect the rv park to be crowded. What we did not count on was all the extra noise especially from the many, many golf carts with an annoying screeching/beeping sound when backing up. Since we stayed across from one of the bath houses that were heavily visited we heard this sound a lot during our stay and really became most annoying after 11pm. Also regarding golf carts, we were shocked and dismayed at how many operators clearly had open containers of alcohol or were underage operators. Our campsite was fairly spacious boasting full hookups and a picnic table. The parking pad was gravel and offered a separate area for your truck or guests. Although these amenities were somewhat appreciated, we felt paying over $100/night, a cement poured pad and patio would have been more expected in this price range. We had lots of trouble with other guests cutting across our campsite to get to the bathhouse. I guess camping etiquette goes out the window while drinking. I was nervous leaving anything left outside. We are always looking for clean rv parks with a neutral camping policy. And by neutral I mean not trying to force a political or personal agenda or idea on its guests. This rv park is clearly NOT one of these. The owners are obviously Trump-Humpers choosing to display this by flying a Trump flag high on a flag pole at the residence near the front gate. Not to mention allowing Trump decorated golf carts to circulate blasting music throughout the park. We also have strong feelings about our own political/personal beliefs but feel like a camping/vacation situation is not the forum for such interactions and we felt extremely offended by it. The park does have a few nice amenities. Laundry, pool and store are nice amenities to use. However, we visited the store for some souvenirs and grocery items and were very disappointed in the selection of both. The selection of souvenirs was laughable for a 4th of July weekend. Several people we talked with mentioned what a missed opportunity it was. We did enjoy the proximity of the park to Ocean City and the Delaware Seashore. Lots of restaurants and Factory Outlet shopping nearby. Overall I would give this park a 6 out of 10. Next time for my money the Delaware Seashore seems like a better bang for the buck.

We were there for 3 days. We did not have a golf cart. We realized we needed one but they said they would only do a 3 day rental so we were without one . If you go you must pay to be on the canal. It is a clean cement site. The others are far away from the pool, office General store and disheveled looking. Or premium sites. There are mostly seasonal sites, and a majority are not kept up nice. The beach is very cute but so far away from campsites. One would need a golf cart. Most people leave and go to the Beach in a car. There are restaurants one can walk to which is nice. The canal is peaceful. Lovely views. We are self contained but my husband did use the restroom one day and said every toilet was full. Not clean at all. Not flushed. I think they were having a problem that day. It could be kept up better in terms of maintenance. Trash disposal and handy and convenient. Many people have dogs running lose not on leashes. They don't seem to enforce that rule.

We left a day early. Midweek in May was quiet, nice. Saturday arrival at 1030 pm a very loud music few sites down. Husband called they said quiet hour was midnight. Then Thurs rvs with trailers with cars for car show arrived. Cars revving at sites and on campground roads. Nothing was said. We left a day early. Was $120 a night for 2 of us. Very expensive. Checked out fenwick state campground. Very nice will go next year for a fraction of the cost. Pros to this campground….water was pretty. No one was on either side because off season so not crammed. Staff was nice that we saw. And the seasonal people were nice…we walked around every day.

Treasure Beach is a lovely large campground with nice RV campsites and clean facilities. Since we visited in early late September to some of the activities were unavailable. Fortunately, the swimming pool was open and it was never crowded. This campground has two pools, a family pool and an adult pool and a splash zone. Of all the campgrounds we visited. This one had some of the best Covid-19 precautions in place. All the playground areas and basketball courts had hand washing stations that had soap water and paper towels. This was impressive, and made me want to return. There are many permanent sites and I believe this campground really caters to this population but, it still has nice features like canals for boaters, a beach area for fishing and crabbing, and a store. We rented a golf cart and rode around the whole park which was fun. The campgrounds are a close drive to the beach and the place is well maintained. As far as the hook-ups they have 30 and 50 amps available and decent water pressure and cable. They said they have free wifi but, the connection is poor through out our stay, which seems to be an issue at all the campgrounds we have visited. Since we attend virtual school, we always have a hotspot with us so that we can access online school and work from our camper. Overall, this was a four star campground. I would visit again.

Don’t come to this campground and expect it to be quiet. Stayed 3 nights and music was playing until at least midnight. Bath houses were always locked. We will never comeback to this campground. Way over priced campground.

We just camped here Labor Day weekend. POSITIVES: Beautiful campground and facilities. We didn't get to use many of the facilities due to COVID-19, which we expected, but they were well maintained. The best thing about this campground was the view. We had a bayfront site that was stunning! NEGATIVES: His name is Greg and he assists with the golf cart rentals. He was beyond rude to me and to my children. There is a huge difference between doing your job and being really horrible with customer service. This gentleman will cost you some business if you continue to let him get away with his behavior! I refused to let some of the employees ruin my vacation, but by Labor Day weekend the staff was a little tired of helping customers. It just seemed like we were bothering them with our silly questions like why our cable didn't work, etc. We had a great time, but it was because we didn't let the staff's attitudes get to us.

Seasonal Will not be back next year. New bathroom and laundry facilty floods at every other week. Signs say CDC requires closure of bathrooms 9 pm to 7 am. Open 2 hoyrs then xlosed an hour during day. Spaces that flood from this are rented. People pull their trailers out and leave sewage on neighboring lots. Dogs allowed to go wherever. Doggy stations removed so campers can use the space. Trailer are squeezed on every which way. No social distancing. Sign at front gate says welcome back to your happy place. These guys are scary money hungry!

We stayed there June 14-24, were supposed to stay until the26th, but the water was so bad we had to leave. The first three days were fine, then the put ona second well pump and te water was orange with a metallic smell. Our sinks turned orange as did the toilet bowl. We complained when we left but the clerk told me only Tod could offer a refund and he comes in at 3 PM. We left and never recieved a courtsey call to check up. I was severly dissapointed.
