We had an outstanding experience at posadas amazonas. The sites were amazing, the staff was warm and accommodating, the sight seeing opportunities were amazing (hikes, boat trips, bird watching, piranha fishing, etc etc). Our guide, Silverio, was the absolute best. Always open to our suggestions, very knowledgeable and structured the daily activities to maximize the fun.

The three nights three days were fantastic - Juan Carlos was a wonderful guide who went the extra to give us a great experience that was natural and a true eco experience - no guarantees on seeing wildlife as truly protecting this beautiful place on earth

It allows you to connect with nature and appreciate how simple life can be. We were lucky enough to appreciate a variety of animals, and learn to use some medicinal plants. Food very good and varied. We really enjoyed it with my family.

Our visit here was amazing. Our guide was great, the wildlife was fascinating, and the place itself was very comfortable. The food was also really good. The rooms weren't as rustic as our tour company led us to believe. There is power in the rooms a good amount of time.

I have heard that this lodge was quite good (from fellow travel pals and online reviews) and so I was excited to give it a try. Turns out, I really wasted my time and money. In my opinion, this lodge was average (from the basket snack of dried banana chips on the bus on the way, to the fetid rice...

The resort is rustic, but in a very good way. We have been to many eco-lodges around the world and Posadas is near the top of our experiences in terms of being appropriate for the surroundings. We loved the open air aspect of the rooms. Staff is very helpful and the grounds are lovely. Food is very good. We enjoyed...

We felt safe. The room was small but comfortable. Even though the food was authentic , I didn't particularly care for most of it. My wife loved it. The guides and staff were friendly and helpful. Pachumama.

We had a wonderful trip to the Tambopata River region and were very impressed with the entire experience. From howler monkeys waking us up in the morning, to watching toucans fly by as we stood atop a 120 foot high rainforest observation tower, to catch and release piranha fishing, to climbing a 90 foot high Brazil nut tree with climbing...
