Its in a great location free parking is 100 meters or closer. Wine shop in front your door is to the side. Very nice people running it and very helpful. It is owned by a vineyard and they sell their own and others wine if your staying you also get a discount. Room 3 is large but has no window...

To pay nearly €100 for a room with no window is pretty bad, but to get a room without them telling you in advance that it has no window is even worse. Also, the salle de bain was tiny, and separated from the bedroom by a curtain. The Vignoble Fabris has the advantage of being in St Emilion and close...

Centuries old hostelry on the northern edge of beautiful St Emilion. Our room overlooked the vineyards to the north. A welcoming and friendly host who also ran the attached wine shop on the ground floor. The rear deck should be developed into a very pleasant place for an evening drink. We used it for that purpose but with a little...

Tiny (5 room) hotel just north of the main square in town. The lobby is just a wine shop (how can you not like that?!), but just behind the shop lies a gorgeous place to stay. The rooms all have stone walls and cute purple walls with a loft. The loft has a small futon where a small child might...

We, 2 couplès, arrived on motorbikes & were pleasantly surprised at the location of the accommodation, close to the middle of town. The owners of the hotel advised where we could park our bikes for 2 days at no charge, provided tourist information & generally couldn't help us enough. The rooms are comfortable, breakfast very nice & rooms well serviced....

We checked into this place (entrance through a wine shop) before 4pm. We were shown to a very small and very hot room. The bathroom was part of the bedroom with a curtain drawn to hide the loo etc. There was one very small window. We decided that for us (an elderly couple) it simply was not suitable We also...

The rooms (only 4) are basic but comfortable and clean and I slept well on the 3 nights visit for a local wedding, possibly aided by a glass or two of vin rouge, to be awoken by birdsong. The owner is a charming chinese woman called Liang and she was more than happy to help with directions, advice etc as...

We stayed here for two nights in the first week of May, 2013. The location is excellent. That was about it. There was no service. The breakfast was just so-so. It is located above a wine shop. And the staff is basically running the shop, and none speaks English. The room was large with a loft but lacks furnishing. For...
