Our studio was spotlessly clean and was equipped with everything that we needed. The air con, Wi-Fi and shower worked well. The seating on the balcony was a bonus. Our host, Akis, was welcoming, friendly and happy to answer any questions or offer advice, if needed. We only stayed for two nights but we will definitely return and stay longer next time as we loved the location and the resort. Don't miss The Local for drinks with a lovely view, Pergola for delicious authentic Greek food or Myrtillo at Myrtos for a quirky breakfast with a difference.

This is just a lovely place to stay in Agia Effimia. It is a 3 minute walk to the harbour, shops and tavernas and has great view of the mountain hillside. Its kess than 15 mins to Myrtos beach about 45 mins to Fiskardo, excellent location for exploring. It is very well priced and run by such a lovely host and we were made to feel so welcome. The room was very clean . Good parking area, lots of parasols, chairs etc to borrow for the beach. The host is welcoming, friendly and generous he brought a tray of little snacks and some wine on our arrival and halfway through our weeks holiday, he gave excellent recommendations for places to visit and tavernas. Thank you for such a lovely stay, we would definately recommend and hope to return one day.

I have stayed here on many occasions and I am never disappointed. Clean, spacious and well equipped rooms and hosts who go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and happy and are always available if needed. Only a few minutes walk to the picturesque harbour with souvenirs, supermarkets, tavernas, beeches and diving. There are beech accessories that you can borrow such as parasols, mats and chairs. The rooms are decorated beautifully. It is also a great base to tour the beautiful island of Kefalonia. Highly recommended.

One of the best stays we have ever experienced. The rooms are big, super clean and well equipped. The personnel is very friendly and always available to provide tips about places to visit and good restaurants. The atmosphere was so relaxed that at the end we've got the feeling that we were staying with friends. I will definitely return next year.

We had a spare night between other bookings to find accommodation and opted to come here at the last minute. I wasn't sure what to expect but I was utterly bowled over by this experience. I had expected simplicity but we had a double room on the ground floor and were delighted with how spacious and well equipped it was. There were so many thoughtful touches everywhere; even little sweets on the towels. We immediately felt at home. There is so much that makes this a fabulous little place, right down to the variety of beach accessories available to borrow, but it is all credit to how beautifully it is run. This is a family business and is done with real attention to detail. On arrival our welcome was second to none, and then later that evening as we sat on the balcony we were brought a little complementary tray of wine and snacks. The morning we left we were given another treat of fruit and yogurt and a beautiful cake of soap. I would have been very happy to have stayed longer. This is priced at the lower end of the holiday market probably because it is not on the sea front, but as such it is excellent value. The building with its cheery little windmills welcoming you in, is situated on the road leading out of the village but we were certainly not disturbed by any traffic noise. I liked the mountain view from the terrace and it felt like we were in amongst the locals more than in a tourist hotspot. Lovely planting around the outside and plenty of parking. A short stroll into town for all that it offers. Thank you for a marvellous stay. We will definitely come back!

Before I begin I must say that, I have never felt more welcome and never have met a more hospitable and genuine host in my life. Akis went over and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied with our vacation in Kefalonia. He was always available without being intrusive. That being said, the room was modern, fresh and spacious, the wifi was great, the kitchen had all the necessary equipment, the room was very clean (which was vital), there was enough parking space right next to the rooms and the location very suitable as it was very near the seaside stroll. The noise from the street was contained comfortably with double glazed windows.

What a little gem. The rooms are immaculate and Akis is very friendly. Everything you could possibly need has been provided for you. There is a roomy balcony with a lovely mountain back drop. Akis wife has done the rooms out very stylish yet comfortable and functional. Walking distance to restaurants an added bonus. We will return.

The host of these apartments is very friendly and helpful. Even gave us wine and ouzo. Regularly checked if we needed anything. The location is perfect. Away from the centre so not too busy but also such a short walk that you can manage high heels! Room was clean and tidy with plenty of space. Fully equipped for a couples stay. Parking right outside.

we booked this about ten minutes before we arrive, and the room was ready and the staff were lovely! it’s perhaps not as traditional or stylish as other options, BUT it IS very clean, very well-equipped and is just a minutes stroll to the gorgeous little harbour road, where there are ace bars & restaurants. i left something behind, and it was retrieved and kept for me to collect the next day, which was very nice of them! i’d absolutely stay again as a low-cost option on the island

We had a large room with plenty of wardrobe and storage space (Room B2 'Summer'). Four armchairs and coffee table, in addition to the quality table and chairs on the large balcony. Well laid-out accommodation with excellent wifi, safe and air-con included in the price - makes a nice change from being told that everything is extra. Even beach mats and beach umbrella included. A lovely cleaning lady comes every day and does a full clean every third day. Kitchen area small but when there is a massive selection of restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries all within a short walk why do it yourself - get out there and enjoy being on beautiful Kefalonia! Best of all was Akis and the family who own The Seasons - so friendly and welcoming and available every day for help or information - they live just across the road. A tip if there are two of you in a top floor room - ask Akis for two sets of keys so you can get through the bottom security door without having to shout up to your partner at 2am when you come back from the bar!!!
