Karma St. Martin's is the island's only hotel, and poised to capitalise on breathtaking panoramic coastal vistas overlooking the azure waters of Tean Sound. Accommodation includes 27 individually appointed en-suite rooms and 3 luxurious suites. Adjoining family rooms are available upon request. Both dining options boast breathtaking sea views and are the perfect locations to capture the stunning Scillly sunset. For more active pursuits work-out in a nearby gym, play a round on the island's tennis court, and snorkel with seals off the island's crystal clear waters. Then unwind with a treatment at Karma Spa. Boat trips to nearby islands are available for fishing expeditions, viewing archaeological sites, spotting rare birds including puffin colonies and to explore some of the 500 skeleton wrecks dotted off the rocky shores.

Scott has pulled an excellent team (from the porter, reception, restaurant team and kitchen staff) together which was reflected in our weekend break. We had a great weekend at the Karma. Food, service, location and the room surpassed our expectations at this idyllic remote location. Looking forward to booking up our visit for next year!

We had the best few days at this Hotel as a couple with our Dog. Everyone was soo sweet with her. The location is beyond the most amazing place on earth! Being Cornish, it's super lovely to have somewhere that beats what's on on doorstep as that's pretty challenging!! Just beautiful. The staff really make this hotel amazing, the rooms are perhaps a little tired and dated, but still absolutely fine and inpecably clean so really not anything to worry about. Open the curtains to the best views ever. The restaurant was amazing, honestly some of the best food I've eaten, really good few vegan options, and not even having to ask and being brought vegan appetisers etc went a long way. Breakfast and Sunday roasts were so good. The whole team are amazing and so many names to mention, Mac one of the porters was soo lovely and helpful on a day when we we about to miss a boat. All of Reception and restaurant and housekeeping team were lovely , Just seemed genuinely interested in you enjoying yourselves, friendly and welcoming. Would 100% recommend and we cannot wait to return. Thanks guys so much x

Karma St. Martin is on the island of St. Martin in the Scilly Isles. It has a stunning south facing waterfront location with white beaches &  crystal clear waters, opposite an uninhabited island which is easy to cross to by kayak. It also has easy access to the other islands of Tresco, St Mary's,  Bryher, St. Agnes etc as there are a variety of boats which will take you there on day trips which also connect with the Scillonian, & onto the mainland in Cornwall. The staff are second to none friendly , helpful &  very knowledgeable about the local area. They respond quickly to requests for things such as beach  towels,  spare binoculars & even plasters! A good example was when the lounge light which is normally kept on all night,  was shining out, preventing us from seeing the stars, which in this area apparently are fantastic. The day that we requested it.  the light in the lounge went off at 10 PM & we saw an absolute myriad of stars because of the lack of light pollution , it was astounding. Things to do in the area are diving,  snorkelling with seals,  snorkelling around the islands,  kayaking,  walking, hiking, stand up paddle boarding,  boating & crossing to other Islands. The food at the hotel is wonderful,  locally produced or freshly caught,  the breakfasts are full Cornish or continental , they do cream teas & have their own gin. The dinner's are limited due to being an island but very tasty. They also do a sharing seafood platter &  beautiful Sunday roasts. This hotel is excellent value for money. They have a programme running where you can buy into the brand for 3 years & I think that is amazing & is a complete no brainer. There is an extensive minibar which costs & is not cheap but obviously you don't have to use that. There are also in the room a decent TV, a safe, fridge,  writing desk & plenty of drawers & sockets along with the stunning views & window seats. Outside in the grounds a beautiful beach, grass areas with loungers for sitting out,  fire pit, gardens &  all the accesses to island trails & walks. The staff will carry your luggage to & from the jetty so you can catch your connecting boats with ease to other islands. I wish I could give this place 10 stars just because it is so good for the soul,  it is an amazing place and we will be back again.

Nice family escape over the holidays for our Easter break Great assistance with travel to and from the islands as it was our first time to visit the Islands The team are very informative on everything from arrival to enjoying St Martin’s and the other islands We enjoyed the menu here and our children loved the watermelon ceviche - a lot nicer than seeing fried options all the time for our children Thank you to Scott and his team for an enjoyable stay

Our first time to the Scilly Isles, Recommended this hotel by our family and it did not disappoint! A lovely welcoming team matched with a special welcome drink, which we would not experience in the other hotels on this holiday. Food was excellent and thank you to the chef for catering to our needs We shall be back after a very relaxing stay and the Spa Treatments are a must!! The therapist is incredible and we both enjoyed the treatments being available We hope to return again later this year

We booked in August 2021 to stay in the Honeymoon Suite at this place in June 2022. We have just spent the last five months threatening to sue both the venue and the tour operator given how poor this hotel actually was during our stay. Yes it is in a great location however the Management are non-existent meaning the staff are untrained, unqualified and standards are very poor (given it holds itself out as a 4*) The Honeymoon Suite can only be described as 'grounds for divorce'. A gloomy, poorly furnished, shabby room at the end of the building. It was cold and lacked any degree of luxury suggested by the marketing material of the venue. The staff are great and keen, but lack any management or organisation and appear to be backpacker/traveller style people simply there to earn until their next stage on their journey. Despite having 10 months to tell us in between booking and arrival, the major draw to this hotel over others - the spa, was "closed for the foreseeable future". For the last 5 months both the tour operator (that promised us the "highest of the high end") and the hotel that suggests it's some sort of Hotel of Utopia in its marketing material have tried to blame us for not "telling them" of our concerns on arrival. We did... To end it all, after 5 months and a threat of a County Court Judgment Premier Holidays and Karma Hotels have just remitted a full refund. No apology, no compensation... Avoid this place, there are other venues and other tour operators that are far more deserving of your custom.

As a member of St Martin’s Cricket Club, we had our annual end of season dinner at Karma St Martins this week. The food was incredible, the service was amazing we felt so welcome. Scott and his team were fantastic, they were so friendly, good humoured and completely professional all evening. They are a credit to the karma family but also to St Martin’s. Shame about the loudmouth in the kilt but apparently he’s one of ours.

Just brilliant! Staff and manager so friendly and welcoming, nothing was to much trouble for them. Great selection of drinks, including cocktails! Food was all incredible!!! Breakfast lunch and dinner. Especially the fish of the day which was local pollock cooked too perfection, and the pan fried duck was just delicious. Room was beautiful, clean and so comfy. We didn’t want to leave! All in all a truly great experiance. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you all at Karma st Martins
