A good solid middle of the road hotel. Easy to get to off the highway. Located a short distance from many things. Nice pool and lobby area. Elevators are a bit wobbly and worn looking. This is an older place but very well kept up. Room was very clean and shower worked fine. Cheery decor! Bed and room temp were just right. Breakfast had hot and cold choices and was fine. If you like to use the in room coffee maker and like cream in your coffee, here's a tip- go to coffee area in the lobby and pick up some of those liquid creamers before going to bed. Oh, and they set out cookies every night! Nothing bad, nothing outstanding just a nice choice for a night's stay!

The room was clean and big. Hampton Inns especially in this area are not too fancy, but are good if you're looking to stay somewhere cheaper, than the city of Buffalo. The employees were helpful and friendly.

Hotel is nice. What I expect from Hampton Inn. Breakfast was worth the price: Free. OJ was tinted water, coffee was luke warm, attempt at a western omlett (premade) was a failure, muffins dry. No reason for this. Need to step it up.

A great hotel. We travel a lot and like the hilton brand. This hotel is very clean as was the room and all common areas. The pool area was clean as was the pool. The breakfast was ample and well stocked. The room was very large and fit our needs. The staff were on their toes and always cleaning, moving and greeting guests. The area is safe and there is a grocery store across the street. Also, many restaurants within several miles. Close to down town Buffalo also. We will stay here again!

We were there during the Buffalo Blizzard 2022. The entire staff was extremely accommodating. The hotel was full with regular guests, families and dozens of power workers. In addition, many, many people came in because they were stranded on various roads. The staff did everything possible to make sure people were warm, comfortable and had food available. They even contacted area businesses to obtain drop off lunches and dinners for guests. Hours were spent clearing out the parking areas with a snow blower so guests could eventually leave. We would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling in the Buffalo area.

Hotel smells of chemicals. Walls are paper thin. Toilets flush with such force and noise that you can hear when anyone within 3 rooms of you in either direction is relieving themselves. Elevators make strange noises and movements and would not have been surprised to have gotten stuck in it. Workers with carts of dirty laundry use the elevators at the same time as guests. Asked a maid cleaning a room if I could get 2 extra towels since they only provide the bare minimum checking in and was told I could only have 1 for the two of us staying in the room. Breakfast was gross looking, coffee was gross tasting. Both food station and coffee station were filthy with missing items or empty containers. Workers stand in the lobby eating and talking and clearly are not following proper food handling procedures. They will try to scam you at checkout with bogus "miscellaneous" charges. The was a great choice for attending a Buffalo Bills game. Location was great with easy parking and close to stadium. The rooms and lobby were clean and staff was very friendly. There is even a grocery store not too far away

Took the grands for a local overnighter. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. Plenty of room for 2 small children and 2 adults . The pool was clean and towels were available. Breakfast was filling and the staff was always refilling items and tidying up. Very friendly staff , Plenty of room in common areas. ( The hallways and elevators were clean also) Go bills!

I stayed for one night October 3rd checking out on the 4th 2022. The room was clean and modern and located near I-90. There was free wifi and plenty of channels on the tv to watch. The breakfast was basic but nutritious and filling. It is up to the standard I expect from Hampton Inn
