We were going to Niagara Falls but got caught in the worst blizzard in Buffalo in 45 years. Trapped in our car because of the blizzard I called two hotels the first hotel had no room but Country inn had two rooms, what a blessing.. Because of the blinding storm we could not get there until the next morning and it was 6min away. The hotel was clean The receptionist ( Monica) was Great. Housekeeping was very friendly, helpful and professional Being trapped in car overnight made any food taste home cooked. The hotel is a nice size hotel

Very bad experience. First got a room #115 smelling very bad and got changed another room to #210. Then the smoke detector alarm in room #210 was beeping every couple minutes. We were told that we couldn't switch room again since it is too late and no one can help with the detector. It was horrible.

Staff was emotionless - said they would tell management and did nothing. Dirty room, broken shower, and beer party at the pool. My kids didn’t want to swim with a bunch of drunk dudes in the pool. Staff was offered 2 pieces of pizza, by the drunk dudes, and they let them continue- left with the pizza. Breakfast is small and tasted terrible. I recommend staying elsewhere.

This is the second time we stayed here. The first time was not the best, but for the price it was ok. This time, the room was even dirtier. The carpets were stained and needed to be vacuumed. The shower was broken and when we told the front desk, they stated they would let management know, but did nothing to remedy the problem- so no one could take a shower. Shower was not fixed while we were there. The pool area had a group of families eating pizza and drinking beer. The dads started jumping in the pool with their open beers and spilling it all over. Taylor, from the front desk, came in to talk to them about their behavior, they offered her a piece of pizza, which she accepted, smiled and let them carry on. We left the pool area because it had been taken over by a bunch of rowdy, drunk, dads and our kids didn’t want to swim with them. The breakfast was terrible and small. It was a terrible experience and we will not go back, Staff seemed emotionless, like they were just putting in their time. Not clean, no shower, and a terrible breakfast.…

This hotel has all the amenities but it’s super dated and tired. Rooms are carpeted with fabric couches and chairs. Walls were scuffed, discolored and corners were visibly dirty. Holding a charge for an incidental fee for this room seemed ridiculous given the condition of this room. I found toe nail clippings on the ground. One elevator was working which made checking out with luggage an issue. There is a free breakfast but my husband refused to have it bc there were dirty cups everywhere. We stayed for one night. Hotel was pretty packed with young people there for various events but we didn’t hear any of it from our room so that’s a pro.

Country Inn & Suites, Buffalo was super clean! Bed was comfy, breakfast was good, staff was friendly. I would highly recommend! The women at the front desk were great and had a wonderful sense of humor! They were able to answer questions about where to eat and also from where to order pizza...very important issues. :-)

Monica displayed outstanding customer service and knowledge of the Radisson rewards program. When I mentioned I was a gold member, she knew exactly what the benefits were. Monica and her staff were very hospitable and made our family feel like we were at home. The breakfast staff was very friendly and accommodating. When I visit Buffalo we always come to this location because of the great customer service and value.

Staff was friendly, even though the lobby was intermittently quite busy. Coffee was good. Loved the cookies out during the day by the coffee service in the lobby. The room was wonderful--actually two rooms comprised of a living room with desk and bedroom. We appreciated the space and comfort after a long and harrowing trip.
