I recently spent two nights at the Ocean Resort at Bath & Tennis for my daughter's wedding onsite at Oceanbleu. While the grounds and beach are great, the rooms are grossly overpriced, and gross. I have stayed in Montauk many times, and though the rooms are pricey, they are clean and updated. These rooms looked like they hadn't been updated... More

We didn't expect a friendly mid western type welcome at the front desk we are accustomed to when we walked in.But out of five, you would have thought ONE might have looked up and said something to us. It was so very odd.We had to ask for things as we learned we needed them.Like a parking badge, where the ice machine was,... More

Stayed here for a recent affair - the Catering Hall has a great location which after walking on a long boardwalk, ends on the beach. The Hall itself is a nice setting and the food for the affair was adequate. The lobby and waiting area are nice but unfortunately, that's where everything good/mediocre ends. The Front Desk person (teen age... More

Beautiful venue for a wedding! Catering service and food was very good The accommodations were not acceptable at any price (Trust me the price was high) The "suite" was last renovated around 1960-1970 The pull out couch had a mattress that was no thicker than two towels The closet completely fell down with all of our clothes The iron had... Beautifully located in the first of the Hamptons. The rooms are all modeled from beach houses with views ranging from and to the marina, tennis courts, pool side and street view. A dream wedding setting. A live-in celebrity tennis instructor is always on site. Free shuttle to and from town Friday thru Sunday.

this is a renowned facility on Westhampton Beach that is sadly, resting on it's laurels. You cannot beat the location with beach access and a large pool area. Unfortunately, the towels at that pool were literally threadbare. The whole place needs an overhaul which I doubt they will do since they consistently sell out even at steep prices. Many of the... A girlfriend and I planned a three night getaway. It is hard to find a convenient and nice hotel in the Hamptons for such a short stay and on short notice. Despite lukewarm reviews, we decided to give the Ocean Resort at Bath and Tennis a try. For the most part, it was what I expected. Our room, which was... More

Our room was located along the road and was devoid of any comforts at all. The floors were totally tiled and as a result cold. The room was damp and the mattress was so soft that my back hurt in the morning. The bathroom had no room to place any toiletries. It was a motel feel but you have to... More

Lovely get-away, beautiful location, wonderful selection of restaurants. Most of all we had a booking problem and Erin the reservation manager took care of the issue immediately, pleasantly and efficiently!

This hotel should be in Las Vegas given their business model. The rooms are expensive, roughly on a par with the price of a hotel room in downtown Manhattan, and THEN you have to pay "resort fees" (it was $35/day when we were there) On TOP of that, people will subtly let you know that you need to tip any...
