I booked this for my fiances birthday weekend and it was amazing. The room we had was large 2 queen beds and private bathroom and shower in the back of the main house. The people working and staying there were all very nice people with great attitudes. Everything was clean and the breakfast was a nice free continental breakfast--really enjoyed...

Excellent hospitality. The old Victorian home was very charming and comfortable. Can't say that I agree with the negative reviews that seem to want brand new construction in a lovely bed and breakfast. Sitting outside on the patio and sipping coffee under a tree during breakfast was a welcome way to start the morning...

Highly recommended for an unpretentious, charming stay. Great location! Walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach and entertainment! Needed a few renovations when I stayed last summer but service/location made up for it. My bf and I were hardly in room anyway. Always friendly and attentive. Breakfast was great!

The location was great and we were able to walk to the beach and the town. The property needs a lot of minor renovations to take it to the next level and major renovations to take it to the level above. The air conditioning and t.v did work.

I just returned from another visit to the Grassmere. My purpose was to spend the holidays at the Hampton Synagogue which is a spectacular institution. The Grassmere is a country inn. It takes back to the late 1800's and you feel like you are in a historic inn. The people working there are very helpful and very pleasant. The rooms...

The peanut cottage in the back and I forget the name of the third building!!! My hubby of 54 years and I painted ALL the furniture one memorable Memorial day weekend!! They were constantly working...

We went for a short weekend get away and had a lovely stay. The location was off the main road, which kept it quiet and charming while it was within walking distance to restaurants and a rite aid, for any quick last minute needs. The staff was wonderful and the owner made us feel like family. Everything was very neat...

went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable a possible. I was able to walk to the town everyday. The beach was only a 2 minute drive from the hotel. TVs are a little out of date but that not what we came for.

Charming bed and breakfast around the block from the village of Westhampton Beach. I walked to the town everyday. The beach was a 2 minute drive from the hotel. You could walk it. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. I was there for a few days of refreshing and they were very sensitive to that. Breakfast was simple, good...

I had a perfect stay at the Grassmere Inn, the staff, the staff was just great from the receprionist to the housekeeper, to the owner of the place, the room, the bathroom and the common areas were neat. The location is right Behind Main street so walking distance from everything but still very peaceful at any time of the day....
