After an eager wait and plans to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday and our anniversary, I arrived to the property to prepare for his arrival. When I arrived, there was no indication of where to go since the concierge is in a different part of the building with a different address. After wasting time trying to call concierge with no answer, I was redirected by a resident and was able to go pick up my keys. I was a little annoyed that there wasn’t adequate signage because of the time constraints to prepare the room before my boyfriend arrived. Upon arrival to the room, I did a walkthrough and noticed that dirty bed linens were balled up on the bed and the mattress cover was filthy with black marks all over it. I called customer service to inquire about whether someone would be bringing clean linens and a new mattress cover but after having to share my issue with customer service, I was informed they wouldn't be able to help me, although they did instruct me to make the bed with the extra linens provided in the closet. I was informed they would be calling me back with an answer about what to do with the dirty linens and mattress cover, but that phone call never arrived. Fortunately, I was able to make the best of the otherwise unsanitary and disappointing situation although I will not be recommending this property/company to friends or family. I contacted customer service to complain and was told for 2 weeks that they were still investigating and never called me back. After 2 weeks, they let me know that "no one had access to the room and that As per the cleaners and photos taken prior to your arrival, they have confirmed the apartment was ready for you and the beds were made". We have spent two months so far and our experience exceeded our expectations. The concierge staff is extremely nice, common areas are very clean, and the residents are friendly. Pets are welcome too with a really nice spacious dedicated dog park. Very convenient to train station too.

Bank Street Apartments offer you a modern and comfortable stay. The one room apartments are furnished with the most modern amenities dishwasher, washer dryer,etc. They offer beautiful view. They are right next to the train station and ride to NYC is just 40-45 mins. All the shopping places are at a walking distance. Your couriers and mails are also received. There is ample parking for the residents as well as the visitors.

For myself Japanese , it was to like living in America! And Huge house. This house and this aria are very comfortable. It's close to the train station(5mins on my foot), many super markets and restaurants. These clarks were good and had hospital. I saw some parsons who had them pet,dog. Good good! Thanks.

I stayed here in a one bedroom furnished apartment while my husband had treatment at Sloan Kettering. This building is within walking distance to the train to Grand Central Station. Very helpful staff in complex. Completely equipped apartment - linens ,dishes silverware , cable, computer access , gym in building and maid service available. Consider this option if you're planning either a short or long stay in NYC.
