My stay at the Opus Westchester Hotel was incredible. It's the best hotel in Westchester, hands down. The rooms were stunning, and the service was top-notch. Teo, the front desk agent, was the star of my visit. His helpful and friendly attitude made me feel right at home. As a Platinum member, I got a $30 breakfast credit, which was a great bonus. The Opus Westchester has it all - amazing rooms, fantastic service, and a prime location. I highly recommend it, especially for the chance to meet Teo. Can't wait to return!

I had an amazing experience at The Opus during my first time staying at this hotel. The staff couldn't have been nicer, and I had a very pleasant experience all-around. I was fortunate to get a complimentary upgrade to a suite, and the room really was spectacular. The lounge is great as well. I used to come to the hotel quite often when it was the Ritz-Carlton, but seeing how everything looks now at The Opus, I was very impressed. I recommend this hotel to anybody in the Westchester County/Fairfield County area, as I do believe that it is certainly the best hotel in the area. Thank you to Elizabeth and all of the other hotel staff that help produce the best possible stay for all guests.

We had to be in the White Plains area at night, and we made a quick decision a few days in advance to stay overnight. So glad we did! The hotel experience was above and beyond our expectations. First, I have to thank Vanessa at the front desk for upgrading us to an Executive Suite. (I am a Platinum Elite long-time Bonvoy member). She also provided other helpful suggestions and sent us a nice food gift for our anniversary. Can't get better service than that! Then when we checked in, we were greeted by Teo who was so friendly, cheerful, and gave us a brief run down of the hotels amenities and restaurants. What a nice way to start our getaway. We were wowed by the room...sparkling clean and large...what a great layout. And there were a lot of restaurants nearby including STARBUCKS across the street and Barnes &Noble a 1-minute walk away. The pool was great. The coffee in the room was Nespresso...nice touch! The room had a mini fridge, a safe, Opus robes, a great rain shower. The entire staff we dealt with, including room service, was professional and polite. And the late checkout for Platinum members and the breakfast credit is so appreciated. Overall A+++! …

The hotel is conveniently located, comfortable, and well-designed. Staff was friendly and welcoming. No acknowledgment, upgrade, nor any benefits for Marriott gold status. The room was large and beautiful, but suffered from poor maintenance. While most areas of the room were very clean, maintenance issues caused some very grungy spaces. Furniture was very worn and stained. The floor boards were separating, causing dirt to pile up in the gaps. The bathroom walls were stained and flecked with mildew. The caulking in the shower was peeling up, with grime and muck collecting in corners and crevices. The drain did not drain quickly, allowing water to pool and mix with the muck in the corners of the shower. Very disgusting.

Came here for business, first time stay and the rooms are amazing spacious. nice gym and pool on the 10th floor - the reception were very friendly and welcoming. I ate at the bar a few times - the menu is a bit limited but I managed to find something to eat - it is a bit on the expensive side the bar/food but it’s expected due to the level of hotel. You are in the middle of white plains so you have plenty of shops and bars to go to. White plains station is 8min walk from hotel so you can be in Manhattan in 40mins on the fast train. Overall an enjoyable stay and would recommend staying if you have the opportunity.

I came to the Opus Westchester for a night away with my family to celebrate a birthday and had my expectations exceeded. I wasn’t sure what to expect because some of the reviews here weren’t great but I did not experience any of the issues mentioned. Right from the checkin, Teo was friendly and super helpful at explaining about the property and my stay. The rooms were clean, spacious and thanks to my booking through Amex with my platinum card, I was upgraded to a premiere room at the corner of the building. Dinner in the hotel lobby/bar was delicious… steaks cooked perfectly, salad was fresh, and kids loved the burgers from the kids menu. Ingredients seemed very high quality. Thanks Christina for the service! I am in the middle of my stay, looking forward to breakfast tomorrow. Noisy sirens all night long. No water for over three days much better when it was the ritz Carlton . Broken handles .outlets didn’t work . Lobby loung is nice .New staff need more training in hospitality . The old staff was great . Cheap furniture . Linens nice . Poor management skills

This hotel is not worth your time. I’ve traveled all over the world, and never in my wildest dreams have I ever had an issue with the general manager getting in contact with me when I asked the hotel to do so. I checked in yesterday January 26 2023 went to the desk today January 27,2023 and still never heard from the GM General Manager. For me. This type of service is totally unacceptable and I would not rate this hotel a 4.3 like others have read it I would be reading it a one the hotel is dirty, the lobby is dirty and never cleaned and the elevators were dirty. I do have pictures. I hope I can post them. At the time that I’m staying here the hotel does not have a restaurant that is open for its guests. I did put the Date in the review so you know that this review is a current review..As you can see I am well diverted traveler . I have been love to travel as much as I can, if you will continue to read you will see I have been to almost every state EXCEPT these 8: Alaska, Arkansas, Idaho, Hawaii, Montana, Washington State, South Dakota and North Dakota. I have been to Toronto Canada 2 times, & Montreal Canada ,Kingston & Negril Jamaica November for the 10th time going to Jamaica, Jamaica is one of my favorite places to go, Aruba, St. Lucia, Club Med Martinique, Caracas & Margarita Island Venezuela, Punta Cana & Puerto Plata Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico 2 times, Bahamas St. Martin, Club Med Turks & Caicos, Haiti, Cancun & Acapulco Mexico 2 times ,Cabo San Lucas Mexico, Cozumel Mexico 3 Times, Puerto Vallarta MEXICO Roatan Honduras, 2 times, Bangkok Thailand, Pattaya Beach , Phnon Penh Cambodia, Yerevan Armenian 2 times, Lisbon Portugal, Timisoara Romania, Vilnius Lithuania, Casablanca Morocco, Madrid Spain, Bergen Norway 2 times a week apart, Amsterdam The Netherlands, Puerto Vallarta MEXICO . Just was in Bermuda Every one of these trips stayed in a nice hotel and always had the GM get in touch with me . This hotel the GM Elizabeth Andrews who is the GM thinks she is above her guest . GO Elsewhere Don’t stay here this place has northing to offer Over priced Spa too ! Don’t waste your hard earned money ! My family and I stayed here in October. I booked a wheelchair accessible room at least two months in advance. When we arrived we were not given an accessible room. The result was I was not able to use the toilet or the sink - or even the door to the room - without assistance, and the shower not at all. I have tried on at least four occasions to get someone to take responsibility for this egregiously poor service, but every time I call customer service they give me another excuse and promise to "get back to me." No one ever does. The last conversation I had they told me that I had not booked an accessible room!!! When I insisted that I had, they said they would check their telephone records for proof and that someone would get back to me. Guess what? No one has. I am done wasting my time trying to get someone do take responsibility, but I am going to make sure I let as many people as possible that Marriott has no idea how to serve people with disabilities. By the way, the room was around $500 a night.…
