Went for a birthday party. Food and service were superb. The owner gave us a tour of a chapel on the property, and some history of the place. The meal was a 6 course presentation, and the cost was quite reasonable. Plan to go back for their Thursday and Friday evening 4 course meal. Only drawback is the road to...

Came away with my wife for the weekend to this little gem of a place. It's a little out of the way but worth the drive. We had a great time and the food and service was just exceptional. Five star on every level.

We had the pleasure of spending a weekend at Auberge Val Carroll this past weekend, and had a marvellous time. The Auberge is located in the picturesque Laurentians, a pleasant one hour drive from Montreal. We were greeted by our gracious hosts Wayne and Joseph, and our lovely hostess April showed us to our well-appointed room. The bed was fantastic,...

A beautiful building that is surrounded by trees, lakes, paths, and wildlife. It's quiet and charming. The food here was even more spectacular than the sights, presentation was artistic and subtle, the taste was transcendental! The bistro menu is well worth a second trip too. The staff was very friendly and respectful. Overall I had an incredible time and am...

Nestled in the beautiful Harrington County, you will enjoy the views of deers wandering the property. I walked and enjoyed the magnificent scenery. The chef prepared a spectacular 6 course dinner, while watching the expansive sunset. The rooms are clean, and the staff are attentive at the appropriate times. It is fun to have a room key, a step back...

The Inn is nestled in one of the most beautiful parts in the most beautiful Province in Canada. The Auberge (Inn) is charming warm and welcoming. The staff so open and friendly that it's like coming home to visit family. 700 acres of trails that are groomed in both the summer and winter give you plenty of opportunities to get...

Beautiful grounds, cozy atmosphere and superb food! Set in the Laurentian mountains, this is a fabulous place for a couples retreat, wedding or family gathering. Decor with a European flair, (athough a touch worn) great service and attention to detail. 5 star menu with great choice of wines. This place has a unbelievable mountain view in a natural setting that...

I love this Inn. We have been twice and will return to enjoy the food and wonderful owners. A bit isolated and the roads in are a bit rough, but oh my truly worth it. Owners Josef and Wayne are the perfect hosts who have built a beautiful inn and gardens in a gorgeous setting. Don't look for an exhaustive...

Two couples stayed one night. We used the MAP plan which included breakfast and a 6 course dinner. There are many choices of rooms, including king with jacuzzi and many with decks overlooking the grounds. The dinner was incredible! The menu isn't extensive, but everything we had was superbly prepared. For the price, you can't beat it for a romantic...

It's our family restaurant for over 20 years. We always go back. You have to try it once to understand. It's a bit expensive than a regular restaurant but it worst 100%. Nice site to take a walk all year around. My favorite is vol au vent, cream bisque soup and lamb. Niam niam.
