Thank you so much Colin, Tao and Jim for looking after us so well. We arrived late, having flown from Sydney- without our bags!! - it was my husband's 60th birthday and champagne and dinner was produced in no time and we felt completely relaxed. Clothes were washed and thankfully our bags did arrive the next day. We chose Chateau...

The owners of Chateau Sardac could not have been nicer. The rooms were large and well-appointed with a nice Asian theme. Rooms have been remodeled so they have modern bathrooms. The common sitting area was very comfortable and pleasant. They offered us afternoon aperitifs upon our arrival. There is a restaurant that is part of Chateau Sardac; however the restaurant...

We stopped here on the way to Bilboa, and I'm sorry we couldn't stay longer. Tao, Colin and Jim were delightful host(esse)s, the rooms were lovely and Tao's dinner excellent. Well worth a detour, as Michelin would say, and we will certainly make one next time we are in the area. Bill and Susan (Todd)

They are gracious and extremely helpful. I wanted to tour the region and particularly the local Cathar towns and history. Their local knowledge provided suggestions to to areas I...

On a 2 week cycle trip trough the region we had the good fortune to stay one night in heaven at the Botanique de Sardac. It felt like a holiday in a holiday. We were greeted with overwhelming enthousiasm by Tao, even though we arrived early - an exceptional wet and cold spring it was - and in the middle...

We stayed here for 2 nights and just wish we could have stayed for longer. Colin & Tao are wonderful bi-lingual hosts with many a story to tell and made us instantly welcome. The food is nothing short of sensational with both local classics and tasty Asian flavours on offer. The rooms are all done with style & class with...
