I wrote a review for the hotel and they didn’t care so I’ll write one here. Stay away. From the staff who will say anything to get you to leave to the substandard accommodations to the sky high prices with the smarmy unadvertised parking fees, i can only say that this was not worth the $300 a night! I made a reservation months in advance and wanted to add another night. I called on FOUR separate occasions and got the “it’s reserved for you” response and was surprised that even though I’d had to call over and over, they still didn’t have the added day when I arrived. They gave me a few Bucks off for the inconvenience. The hotel is a war zone, with the “remodeled” floor not complete. Baseboards weren’t installed and the hallways were filthy from construction. The room was renovated with a new bathroom but the furniture was old. We had a $3 temporary window covering instead of blinds. On the outside they were spray painting the exterior with customers cars below. The painters would put a car cover that protected about 70% of the vehicles and flew off regularly. The breakfast lacked fresh fruit of any kind and had lines of people waiting to use the waffle maker because they were half assing it using a temporary table. No cookies, no discounts or warning that this full priced hotel was being renovated. Do not stay here. I won’t be going back to a Hampton inn again. There’s too many choices out there. We tried best western recently because we had a bad experience at another Hampton inn in center Texas. They were outstanding! …

I have stayed her several times over the last few months. The front staff are always so welcoming and nice. Ian has gone above and beyond to provide superior customer service and it is much appreciated. My room has always been super clean and the breakfast is also very good! Many different choices. The hotel is very safe and not far from the city. This is my new favorite hotel!!

The hotel is under construction which was not shared before check in . The air conditioning system is very loud when it comes on and the bed was very uncomfortable . I was also charged for parking and that was not listed . Unless things change I will not come back to this hotel.

They are doing some type of construction above the 2 floor the banging is so loud I’m forced to be up for the past 2 hours. It’s like they have no sense of awareness! Why would you be fixing a room at 8:00 am? Why wouldn’t you wait until checkout where no one is sleeping? Where is the common sense!

Why do we have to pay for parking? I have been coming to this hotel for the last 10 years and I have never paid for parking. The room wasn’t as cleaned as usual. $12 dollars a day is way to much. Will look for another hotel to stay next time I’m in the area

The Staff allowed some room on our floor BLAST music until it stopped after repeated calls to the front desk to stop the music. THEN children yelling at the top of their lungs continued until 5AM!!! The topper was when we tried to use the shower and there was NO Hot Water in the shower or Sink!!! I have had better stays in third world countries.

This place is great unless you plan on sleeping at night. There was a party with very loud music a couple doors down from me. I complained twice to no avail. I finally checked out long before sunrise and drove 3 hours home in the dark. Find somewhere else to stay.

I had a terrible experience with wifi. The level of sound from other rooms was terrible. Also, no mini fridge in my room. Also, I was so sad to see the bar closed! However they accomodated my car and the location was excellent!

Don't stay here if you look at other web site it says that there is Free parking, when I called the Front desk, the management said they chard $12.00 a day for parking for guess even if they are staying an extra week. You are already paying $180 a night and they still want more.

We celebrated our little girl’s third birthday with her 4 other siblings and some adult family friends. We had a pool party (they kids enjoyed that on a cold January in NY. Staff was helpful, rooms were arranged near each other. All was great for a special getaway.
