Small room, small shower, no tub. Bed with no headboard. Price was one of the highest I have ever paid for a B&B. Price should be around $125 not $185. The outside of the house needs painting. The yard needs trimming, cutting, and taken care of. The house though was built in the 1700s.

We have stayed at Langdon House several times over the last 10 years and it has remained the best B&B in Beaufort. Lizett is the perfect host. If you need something she is there but she also lets you have privacy and the run of the house, just like you are at home. Sit on the porch and enjoy the...

We stayed at Langdon House on Father's Day Weekend and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip. The gracious and friendly owner, "Lizzie", was on hand to meet us and give us the grand tour of her home. She and her adorable dog actually live there so you always have someone to go to with questions or problems. The breakfasts that she...

Comfy room and great service. Within walking distance to everything. Loved the birds singing and sitting on the front porch. Nice to have control of the room temperature. Lizzett does a great job. Her breakfasts were fantastic. Looking forward to my next visit.

When we booked for a week, the innkeeper Lizzet said that by the end of the week, we'd feel like family, and that was certainly the truth. Lizzet was always helpful, giving us advice on where to eat and things to see. Breakfast was great, the room was nicely decorated and comfortable, without a lot of "Frills" that would have...

Needed to get away from the Raligh area for a couple of days. Booked a room with Lizzet and we were pleasently surprised. Room clean and big, location exellent park your car and walk, breakfast very good. We were home the minute we walked in the door and were greated. Lizzett runs a first class operation and we can not...

My wife and I stayed four days at the Langdon House B&B. Lizzet welcomed us, gave us a tour of the B&B, and provided information for our visit to Beaufort. Although the house traces its origin to the 1700s, the conversion to a B&B was relatively recent; therefore, the facilities are excellent. The breakfasts were superb. The location in the...

We (husband and I) had an excellent experience at Langdon House. Lizzet spent a few minutes suggesting local sites when we asked but made a swift, graceful exit when we were ready to get going. The antique features of the room we stayed in were fantastic -- it was like getting to spend the night in a museum, touching the...
