Yeah! We're so glad you had a great evening here with your dinner at The Red Rocker Inn! Thanks for coming, and next time you'll have to try some more desserts!
We don’t eat out much, but we always come here for special occasions. It’s a great experience: great food, superb service and friendly people! Just blocks from downtown Black Mountain, where private parking is easy in a quiet neighborhood.

Hi! Welcome to Black Mountain! Even though this is the "off season" there are several things to do here. Perusing the interesting shops in Black Mountain is a favorite tourist activity. The town is charming and quaint and packed with character.Several pubs have evening live music and there is a great music venue just a couple blocks from Red Rocker Inn that has nightly concerts - usually $15 admission. Its called the White Horse if you want to look it up. There are also galleries if you love art and a museum and two college campuses outside of town that offer cultural and natural attraction. Do you like to hike? You're in hiking heaven here. If you are a food lover, there is the Creative Mountain Food Tour that is starting seasonal tours in Feb. Hope this info helps. Thanks for asking, and we're looking forward to seeing you!

I like to let previous guests answer questions, but seems like no one is jumping in on this one. Most people comment on the enticing smell of bacon and coffee in the mornings that drifts up the stairs. Actually, I think the aroma is most noticeable on the third floor. But as for rooms just above the kitchen, try the Old North and the Dogwood- the bathroom of which is above the kitchen. Wifi is good throughout the house. We have a new router and several boosters throughout. Thanks for the great questions, hope to see you soon!
