We loved our time at Arbour House. The home and rooms were comfortable, spacious and private. Beautiful lake and yard. In the morning we were greeted with delicious, fresh coffee and a homemade breakfast. The location is wonderful whether you want to explore the local area of Black Mountain, Biltmore or Asheville. Everything is close by.

Stayed for our 16th wedding anniversary. First time staying at a bed and breakfast and very impressed with everything. I Would highly recommend. Love the hospitality. A nice little pond that backs up to the property with a walking path and a nice view of the mountains.

We were art Arbor House of Black Mountain in Oct 2015 for an anniversary trip and it was delightful. The B&B is beautiful, with a cheerful fire in the living room each morning. There is a large deck overlooking a small lake with a walking path, the sunsets are wonderful! Our hosts were very attentive, and thought of everything; books,...

I mentioned that I love the fireplaces and Jim and Theresa lit the gas fireplace to welcome us home in the evening and had a log fire during our breakfast on our last morning! The view was incredible. We walked the lake each...

We look for three things in a B&B. They are the quality or quaintness of the property, view from the room and the quality of breakfast. Most of the times we get two out of these three. At Arbor House we got all three. What an awesome place. The innkeepers keep the property spotless. The room was spacious and very...

This is such a lovely B&B. Situated on a lake, it is quiet and restful. Our breakfasts were delicious and Theresa was a gracious hostess. She was very helpful in giving us directions to places we wanted to see while in the area. Wish we could have stayed a week!
