Grounds were very nice and location convenient. Lots of outside seating area. Room, although clean, smelled musty. Window unit didn't cool sufficiently. No breakfast offered other than mini muffins and coffee.

I just can't say enough about how great our stay was at Azalea Garden Inn. We were greeted warmly by the owner, having arrived early our room wasn't quite ready we drove into Blowing Rock for their Art Festival (we really could have walked since it was only about 1/8 of mile to center of town). When we returned we...

Beautiful flowers, the landscaping was outstanding, quaint outdoor decking and patio area overlooking a log cabin. Stayed in a very clean and modern room. The location was very convenient and within walking distance to local restaurants and downtown shops. I plan on staying here again on my next trip to Blowing Rock.

I don't normally stay in motel style lodgings but I had passed by this one many times on day trips to Blowing Rock. I am glad I decided to...

Plants & flowers made the motel and surrounding gardens beautiful. Staff extremely polite and courteous. Rooms while old were very clean and somewhat updated. Price was reasonable. We have stayed there several times and always enjoy it.

Lovely gardens and seating areas for relaxing in. Comfortable beds. Amiable guests. Enjoyed the Keurig in room. Love the proximity to the shops. The only recommendations I have would be more room lighting, larger air conditioner, larger shower head and microfridges. We would probably never leave then. We definitely plan to return!
