Hotel staff very nice and pleasant. Great location and prices were good. However they need to get rid of dead bugs and a true deep cleaning of the rooms and furniture. Breakfast was decent if you like breads and cereal not much else to choose from.
This lodging spot is the best Ive visited in a while. It was clean and welcoming. The smell of freshness greeted you at the door. Aside from some Jessica the front desk receptionist was amazing. I would definitely stay here again.
2nd floor in need of total renovation. Staff is awesome, breakfast is adequate. Close to university, overpriced for quality of rooms. There is no working computer to access with current software. Not set up for business or academic travelers
Spent two nights here during a business trip in March 2022. Paid a little more for this hotel since it had an indoor hot tub to relax in after a long work day. Found out at checkin that the hot tub was out of order and has been for quite a while. Free breakfast was subpar and the coffee was horrible. Hotel is outdated, pillows uncomfortable and the bedding was gross. On a positive note, the bathroom was clean. Wyndham should be embarrassed to have their name on this property. I will be returning to the area later this year and will NOT be staying at this hotel again.
Hotel was ok on cleanliness. Not the best Ive seen. We also found 2 ticks IN the bed we was sleeping in. They did rectify, the situation, by giving us another room. But overall cleanliness was just not top notch.
We came for our honeymoon and our room was dirty upon arrival. This could have be why we got sick after staying here during COVID. The lady did move our rooms to the honeymoon suite. However it looked just like the room we were in but with a broken fireplace and smaller tub.
Avoid at all costs. Met friends here and everyone that got in their hot tub got sick with legionella. The health department was called in but the water had already been drained and clean due the hotel being contacted by a group before us that got sick also after being in the hot tub. If taking care of something this simple is overlooked, what else have they stopped taking care of or cleaning. Only giving a one star because you can’t give zero stars.
Staff was nice but breakfast was not offered on Saturday and pretty scarce the other days. Not a good value for the rate. The indoor pool which was the reason we booked this location was not working, Outdated heating system, no thermostat, only controls on the unit.
interior doesn’t match the exterior appearance, rooms need upgrading. water pressure was terrible.. bathroom commode was extremley low. quality of breakfast was low. second day there was no hot meal choice.
We stayed in room 108 and a group of approximately 10 loud individuals were in the room next to us, room 110. Starting at 8:30 pm we noticed some yelling and laughing. At the time I thought this would subside and thought nothing of it. Fast forward to 10 pm my wife and kids were trying to go to bed (thats what hotels are for correct...) The group next door had been joined by more and the noise now resembled a party. I called the front desk and the person respond she would "try to tell them to be quite". 20 minutes later no change. I called the front desk again and she said she was not clear which room I was making all the noise. Turns out the loud ice maker in the hallway was drowning out the voices that we could hear almost every word from the multiple loud conversations going on next to our room. So I get out of bed and proceed to the front desk so I can show the attendant which room is having the party. She knocks on the door and 20 minutes later after no change I call the front desk again. The lady at the front desk responds with "what do you want me to do?" as if she was unable to do anything else. I told her to call the police and she quickly responded that she would call her manager. Fast forward to 1:30 am, still parting next door I call the front desk. A new attendant answers the phone and says she will get right on it. No change. Slept for 2 hours the entire night. Next morning I spoke with manager, she acted like it was no big deal. Terrible place to stay...…
