Beautiful spot in nature. Eating clean with Ayuveda spa treatments too! Great staff, plenty of walking and teas and coffee. I stayed the Spa Hotel with a view of mountains! My first experience with Ayuveda treatments .. Life changing. This will be an annual trip for me.

This past July my husband and I took our adult children to the Happiness Retreat. We really wanted our children to learn healthy strategies for dealing with the struggles life can send your way. It surpassed all our expectations! The people, the surroundings and food were excellent. We learned so much from our instructor Pormina! I think all young adults...

I went for the Happiness program while my husband did Art of silence program. My elder son 17 years did Youth Empowerment Program and while my little son 8years old did Art EXCel course. All these programs were conducted by Art of Living foundation. The programs, mountains, food and hospitality of Art of Living volunteers were amazing. My whole family...

I decided to check this place out since I visit many retreat spots and ashrams. I was looking for a peaceful spot higher up in the cool mountains to be in nature. This place fits that bill! This is not what I call a hotel, its the north american headquarters for Sri Sri Ravi Shankar who is a spiritual leader...

I've been to this retreat center twice in the last few years and have also taken a meditation course. It's wonderful! It's very relaxing and centering. I also had a great massage at the spa. I definitely recommend this place.

I had a wonderful time at the Silence Retreat at Art of Living Retreat center. I loved the meditations and the evening knowledge and singing sessions with Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. It was a satisfying experience. My fatigue and irritation melted away with the daily meditation, breathing and yoga. I feel so relaxed and energized afterwards. I had fun meeting...

It's gorgeous natural scenery with kind and gentle people. I was so pleased to have many of the delishous dining choices that were gluten free! Great place to get away, get centered and find some inner peace. Looking forward to returning again and again!

An incredible Spa experience in the mountains; vegetarian food, spa treatment and hikes in the cool of the mountain. A bit expensive though. If you are not into yoga or health foods, this would not be the place for you

My sister and I were registered for the Sahaj Samadhi Meditation Retreat, and added days prior and after the retreat to extend our vacation. Suitcases must be carried across a gravel drive, down stairs, and up 3 flights to the room (no elevator). Loose tea mixes were available in the hotel entry; however, the hot water was never filled during...
