Absolutely fabulous stay... Beyond my expectations. I have stayed in many places over my professional and personal travel schedule and I will rate this in the very top echelon. Unfortunately I only can stay one night but it was a wonderful stay. My fiance and I stayed for a quick getaway to Brevard and the surrounding mountains and we both had a wonderful time. We will certainly be back 5 or 6 times next year if not more.

Second time staying here. The owners have absolutely perfected the B&B experience. They’ve thought of every little convenient detail you might need in your room. The entire place exceeds expectations in the cleanliness category both inside and out. The breakfasts are delicious, fresh, and abundant. Can’t say enough good things. You won’t be disappointed staying here.

Us? Older couple, lucky to have experienced years of domestic and internatioinal travel. Tracie and Daniel? Hosts that pay attention to detail comparable to Eropean and Asisn homes, well schooled in how to be good hosts, provide very comfortable settings, quality service and accomodations, an updated mix of traditional made modern where needed...and set a splendid table. Their location is great, their willingness and desire to ensure you have a wonderful stay is obvious, their knowledge of the area is apparent, their record of customers that have repeatedly been their guests speaks to a very satisfied clientele...In short, one of the nicest most comfortable places we've ever stayed

New Years Eve we escaped to The Red House Inn, a quaint bed and breakfast, walking distance to downtown Brevard. We chose The Braxton, a spacious room with a VERY comfortable, adjustable king bed with a separate sitting area for us to relax. The variety of teas was greatly appreciated. Tracie was very friendly and helpful with our room choice and welcoming upon our arrival. Daniel created a delicious breakfast of crisp waffles, real Vermont maple syrup and English style bacon. We will be back for another relaxing stay and look forward to exploring Brevard with its cute shops and great hiking including 20 waterfalls.

My husband and I were looking forward to visiting Brevard for a 3 day weekend. Our plans changed when my Dad suffered a massive stroke on a Wednesday, the night before check-in, and ultimately died 21 days later in a medical center COVID ICU. I had the courtesy to call and cancel my reservation. We simply asked the owners to consider a one night credit toward a future stay so that we could return to enjoy the area at a later date. Daniel's response was "we were not able to re rent any of your cancelled stay for the past weekend and therefore cannot extend a credit to your card or for a future stay." The accommodations may have been perfect but unlike many other businesses, they were not willing to work with us during these rare times we are all encountering.

I have stayed at The Red House Inn 3 times now. Over the last 3 years and each time has been wonderful! from the rooms, the ambience, the wonderful and delicious breakfast, the friendly chats with Tracie, seeing the beautiful local art and all the beautiful changes throughout the years we come and visit. We tell everyone we meet about this place and highly recommended.

We stayed in the Old Kitchen, a cottage on the grounds of the Red House Inn. What a wonderful stay. Each morning we had our breakfast set up on the porch of our cottage. The chef brought our hot breakfast to our table on the porch. Everyone there made us feel like we were special. We certainly will return.

You will thoroughly enjoy your stay at the Red House Inn! The accommodations are very clean, well decorated and very comfortable. Tracie and Daniel are very welcoming and sweet and Daniel makes a fantastic breakfast!! Pets are welcome and we had an emergency where we needed assistance with our dogs. Tracie jumped in and found someone to help with the dogs overnight as well as her and Daniel walking and feeding the dogs during the day. She turned an extremely stressful situation into a fantastic seamless experience and we returned to very happy dogs. Her willingness to jump in and problem solve was amazing and greatly appreciated. Would stay here anytime in Brevard...absolutely fantastic!!

My husband and I loved our stay at The Red House Inn last week. From our welcome, to the tour, to the time we checked out, it was wonderful. We stayed in the Old Kitchen and it was perfect. Super cozy bed, spacious bedroom, terrific bathroom, soft towels, and wonderful fan and lighting. We loved the bedding so much, I went online and bought the sheets for our home. Walking distance to town. We highly recommend!

This is the most unique , friendly bed and breakfast we have stayed at. Patti was a great host and couldn't due enough for us. A short distance from the Brevard College's summer music site. We loved our overnight stay and will return and visit the city of Brevard. Ever seen a white squirrel you can see one in Brevard. You need to stay here.
