Welcome, North Carolina

The Red House Inn is one of the best bed and breakfast conversions of a private home that my wife and I have ever encountered. Our suite took up half of the top floor and included a large bedroom, large sitting area (that can serve as a second bedroom), modernized bath, and huge balcony. The day we arrived was very...

Our stay at the Red House Inn was delightful in every way. Daniel was a great host. The room and bathroom were exceptionally comfortable and clean and breakfast was a real treat. The Red House Inn is a real find in the small town of Brevard.

We spent 3 days and nights at the Red House Inn. Daniel and Tracie were exceptional hosts. They kindly helped us find good hikes and bike routes. Daniel's breakfast was a happy surprise every morning. The location is terrific, only a short walk into downtown Brevard and the nearby restaurants. We had the upstairs front rooms and porch. Ahhh, the...

Brevard is a quiet little town with lots of great food, beer, and things to do. This BnB fit in perfect for me and my husbands anniversary get- away. The breakfast was AMAZING,, along with the coffee from the local coffee roaster. Tracie and Daniel were excellent host to boot. Helpful in directing us in fun activities, but never intrusive....

Thanks for the great review we are glad you enjoyed your stay and your visit to Brevard. As the cook I am always happy to hear positive reviews of the breakfast, and when I see Matt at the Brown Bean I will pass along your compliments for the coffee.

We have been coming to the Red House Inn for years and are NEVER disappointed. We have stayed in various rooms in the main house, in the Cottage, and, this past week, in the Franklin St. house. It would be difficult to pick a favorite. All are comfortable and inviting. Tracie and Daniel have thought of everything to make their...

It is always nice to see repeat guests, and catch up. Our central location in one of the prettiest parts of N.C. does make the Red House an ideal location from which to explore. It also helps that Brevard is a fun town with plenty to keep you occupied after you have exhausted yourselves in the woods. We will look...

The Bungalow accommodation offered by The a Red House Inn is about 1/2 mile from the Inn and in a rather dilapidated area, the overlook of the house is a run-down neighborhood with yapping dogs quite abundant. No scenic view here. No fenced yard either, only a deck with a railng. The house itself is fine. The problem here is...

First let me say I am sorry you were not entirely happy with the Bungalow. If you had let us know during your stay we would have been happy to relocate you to one of our other properties that have fenced yards or are in different areas of town. The Bungalow is about 3/10 of a mile from the inn...

Having traveled to Brevard every year for the past 25 this trip took an unexpected turn. Normally, while visiting the parents, I have stayed in their cottage. However now that it is occupied I needed a similar arraignment and the Red House's cottage came through with flying colors. As I'm sure you've already read the room is attached to the...

We were incredibly impressed with our stay at the Red House Inn. The history of the building is incredible, over 150 years old and yet the rooms and spaces are all very large. Tracie and Daniel were friendly and full of knowledge, but never intrusive. The breakfasts were really amazing with excellent ingredients, Daniels waffles were unbelieveable - and I...

Our stay at the Red House Inn was great with wonderful hospitality from Tracie and her staff. We selected The Cottage and it was perfect for our weekend stay. Being within walking distance of the restaurants and shops in Brevard was a real plus!

Farm fresh eggs, breakfast potatoes, gluten free bread and hot coffee. Such a sweet family lives here in this old creaking house with the large windows and arid porches. I can walk a hundred yards and be on the skirt of main street, peering in the picture windows or walking in to shop for a thing or two. A few...
