Heather was nice on the telephone but because we arrived after 5pm we as expected did not meet anyone. Park looks nice and our location (#2) was quiet. We did not experience and road noises. This is a KOA that we will revisit for a longer stay.

We stayed at this KOA 3 nights in our motorhome. It is just off of I-40 and therefore it is very noisy from the traffic. We were busy site-seeing so did not spend time hanging around the campsite. This made the traffic noise bearable since we weren't outside very much. All the sites are wooded. They all have fire rings....

This campground was the first place we have ever camped in with our small travel trailer. We arrived after hours and found the available sites written on a board at the registration office. We picked a spot nestled in the trees and did our best dumb and dumber act as we set up. We finally did everything correctly and settled...

Let's just get this out of the way....it's rather noisy. The campsites are just off I-40. It's busy. Lots of traffic even through the night. But after the first night it becomes background noise. The front office will give you complimentary ear plugs if you ask. Do I love the noise? No. Is it livable? Yes. Now for the good...

This KOA on the west side of Asheville is a very nice place. The camp sites are a little rough but mostly level and even though you are right off of I-40 you do not notice the traffic noise very much. The showers are clean and the laundry is clean and well cared for. The pool is small but very...

This was the first time I rented a Kozy Cabin with KOA. My daughter and I were passing through and wanted to see the Biltmore Estate and explore Asheville but did not want to pay the price of a hotel, so we did the Kozy Cabin. We traveled light, didn't bring any camping gear with us - other than bedding...

Terrible location for a campground. On the first site we were in, we heard truck traffic all day and night, and smelled bathroom odor constantly. Since we were staying the week, we asked to move to a different site. The office help was accommodating, but the second site, located in the opposit area of the park, had extreme road traffic...

Stayed there 3 nights for some motorcycle rides. Great location for riding, rode up the Blue Ridge Parkway to the ViaDucts and back one day (and Diamonback), and rode down BRP to Cherokee, Dragons Tail, Cherohala and back the next day. This KOA is located in a nice area, campground was very clean, and the RV pull thru sites, while...

This KOA is conveniently located to access the many attractions in the area including the Blue Ridge Parkway, the River Arts District, North Carolina W Arborietum etc. The water/electric back in sites were mostly dusty and dry which brought dirt into our pop-up. Free Wi/Fi reception was very spotty on the lower level sites. We appreciate the recycling bins by...

I cannot not imagine a sloppier camp ground. Beyond the noisy route 40 a stones throw away is the unclean site which we had the joy to pull into tonight at 6:10 pm, after the office closed. Had to share a water feed with the the neighbors, on the opposite side of our rigs supply and fortunately had spare 15...
