I tried to give this hotel another chance. However, customer service is still a problem. I've been traveling for years. I told the lady at the front desk to check me out of the previous day so I could check back in under a new reservation. I didn't extend my day because some of the properties don't know how to correctly do this without creating a billing issue. The lady still ended up doing it the wrong way. It normally takes 2days max to get my incidentals back. Its going on 10days now, and my money is still holding. I knew exactly what she did wrong, and it triggered my bank. The people working the front desk need to pay attention to the customer because yall do not know it all. Especially when it's a traveling customer like me with a 10 year Titanium Elite Member Status. I know exactly what I'm talking about; I've experienced it all with the Marriott brand. Also, Marriott should stop incentives holds for Titanium and up members. Also, I was wiping down my room and dropped my wipe behind the dresser. I pulled it out, and it was disgusting. The housekeepers definitely don't clean behind them. The housekeepers at this property are also rude. I'm not complaining about the property because it's updated interior and exterior is nice. It's the people working here that's bringing down this property. To whomever in charge of this property, definitely need to get your staff together. It's definitely not a good look for the Marriott brand.

Nice new hotel with great staff. Checkin was a breeze and the location is great also. Definitely will stay here again. Plenty of restaurants to walk to. On site restaurant is perfect and accommodating. This will be a go to again. I also liked how the staff was knowledgeable about the area basics such as restaurants stores etc.

I work for a large IT company and due to our office being closed, we needed a space to host a conference. I have a picky and indecisive group, every single day we were asking the hotel to change things in the rooms setup or the catering orders or even just the temperature in the room and they were on it. Every day! Though I feel badly that my group had to be so difficult, I'm SO grateful to this team for accommodating every little picky request. You made my job easier and for that, I cannot thank you enough. Thank you, Ashley, Heather, Corey and Nolan, I wouldn't have survived those three very long days without you!

Return visit to this hotel. Easy to get to, plenty of parking. Open area to check in with amazing staff. Clean throughout the entire hotel. Well maintained. Across the street from many stores and food options. Nice rooms, comfortable beds, big bathroom with all the amenities. Look forward to my next visit.

The sudden passing of a young adult necessitated my wife, her sister, and my daughter to travel to RDU. I am a Titanium Marriott Rewards Member. I called the hotel and advised them of my reservation needs. I wanted to put it on my Marriott Rewards Visa so there would be no issues for my wife upon check in. I had reserved a room via Marriott's Webpage for 3 adults with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed prior to my phone call. The person answering the phone advised me that they would send me an email with a credit card authorization form attached. The email was received and I followed the instructions. Then I scanned the necessary documents and emailed them back to the hotel. I contacted the hotel to be sure all was in order and the gentleman at the front desk advised me that he had seen the email that morning and had noted and verified everything. He was true to his word. The 3 members of my family commented about how nice the staff were and that they were well taken care of. Other extended family members were also staying there. Everyone was very pleased at the food offerings, the bar offerings, and the on demand shuttle service. My wife said the room was quiet, comfort controlled by a thermostat, and the beds comfortable. Given the circumstances, the situation was handled as well as possible. My wife and daughter commented about how convenient the location was with many food options available within walking distance. This would be a wonderful place to stay whether on business or pleasure. Thanks to all of the Marriott staff that helped me set this up and for the wonderful service. Value far exceeded the cost of lodging.
