We were here for the weekend for a wedding and were very pleased with our stay. The place is beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the courtyard and their banquet halls were also beautiful.

It's a very nice hotel; clean, friendly, all big city amenities and conveniently located for walking to all Uptown Charlotte locations. An added and rather unique plus now: it has its own stop on the Charlotte light rail! You walk out one main level door directly onto the rail platform. Too cool. Very nice, plush rooms; we've stayed there twice.

This was the worst Hilton I've ever stayed at. My check in experience was terrible and the Hilton employee Lenore was extremely rude. The rooms were dated and looked dirty. No sitting space in lobby (especially frustrating when your room isn't ready). To get to your floor, the elevator required you to swipe your room card and the reader didn't...

Great hotel. Very comfortable rooms. The faucet in the bathroom was kind of hard to use but very upscale and modern. Great location for the convention center, NASCAR Museum, public transportation, and great for walking around the city, too. There are a lot of great restaurants close by. You have free access to the Y center next door so there...

Clean rooms. Everything worked. Nice bathroom and shower. The meeting room was set up well. The staff worked in a manner where their presence was never a distraction. Check in and check out were very efficient.

I am so frustrated I accidently booked at the charlotte center and within 20mins i had cancelled the booking only to find out a month later that I was charged over $1000. I called to inquire about the situation and was told that my money could not be refunded or alternate reservations made. How could a company just rob someone...

The location of this hotel was great! We enjoyed dinner in the hotel restaurant; it was awesome! The room was wonderful! Loved the Hilton Honors perks - Executive Lounge, complimentary breakfast. Although I have had some "not great" experiences with Hilton, I must say, I had a wonderful experience at this Hotel. I would stay here again even if I...

Not enough employees at the front desk to accommodate incoming guests. Restaurant was closed on a Saturday afternoon with two large groups nearby at the Convention Center (with guests staying at this hotel). Executive Lounge was overcrowded and no place to eat breakfast. Food in both the Executive Lounge and restuarant was subpar. Requested late check-out and was told that...

This is a very nice hotel in a great location to shops and restaurants. I was in town for Volleyball Event at the Charlotte Convention Center and all I had to do was walk out the backside of the hotel and walk across the street to the convention center. The only thing I did not like was that when we...

disappointed there wasn't a microwave or fridge in room. Had to have engineering come and turn cooling on because room would not cool no matter what you set thermostat on. Still would not cool properly.
