Thank you so much for your kind review. We are especially glad you received excellent service. We hope you will stay again when the renovations are complete.
It was all fun and games, until the roaches came out... I thought it was just a regular bug, until it crawled into my drink next to the night stand. Nastiest experience ever, I will NEVER stay at this place againMore

Yes you stayed in room 220 and reported the "roaches" to everyone you came into contact with. I personally went to the room after you departed and found a stink bug....and yes just like lady bugs they come out in droves and with the unexpected...More

I apologize for the delayed response....I truly believe I have responded. Thank you so much for your feedback. We will begin renovations on December 1 and hope you will return to see our improvements. Thanks again! Happy Holidays

Thank you for providing feedback. We purchase only Serta mattresses it is unfortunate you did not have an enjoyable sleep. One wash cloth is NOT our standard and I apologize. Yes renovations begin December 1. Wish you felt you had no reason to complain.
This hotel was comp'd for 3 nights from Harrah's Casino. Reading the other reviews that gave it a 1 or 2 rating seems a bit harsh. I consider myself a hotel snob, and have stayed in much worse conditions. This is a budget hotel, so...More

There are both smoking and non-smoking rooms, smoking is also allowed outside (not sure about the pool area, possibly not since it is a public gathering area.) We had a smoking room in October 2015 when we were there. The lobby, breakfast room, and all other indoor public areas are non-smoking. Hope that helps!
