We rented this cottage for the purpose of relaxing in Chimney Rock. This cottage fit all of our needs. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and three porches. We spent most of our time on the back porch. There is a nice comfy yellow couch facing the river. It is covered and screened in. We didn't spend as much time on the side porch (also screened in) but I would imagine if it would have been more than just the two of us, we probably would have. Overall, it was a wonderful trip! The bed was the most comfortable we have ever slept on.

Just as pictured. Quiet street just across the river bridge to the village, easy walk. Plenty of space for the five of us to spread out with 3 porches and spacious living room. Manager very friendly and helpful when needed. Everything in the cottage in excellent shape and clean. Will stay here again.
Hiking, boating, swimming in the Lake ( it needs some TLC on the beach) looking in the shops, feasting in the restaurants. Grocery shopping is 10 minutes away. Did not stay long enough to get to horseback riding or zip lines, but that is on the list.

My husband and I rented this lovely cottage over Memorial Day weekend with our daughter, son-in-law and two grandchildren. We found it to be everything we needed for comfort (although the beds could have been a bit more comfortable) - it has an amazing enclosed screened-in porch that overlooks the beautiful Broad River - we spent a lot of time there. Everything was sparkling clean and the kitchen very well equipped. I highly recommend this for your family and friends to enjoy. We loved walking down just across the bridge into Chimney Rock.

Loved this cottage!! My daughter and I had a wonderful weekend in this quaint river front Craftsman bungalow. We loved the charm and location of this wonderful home. There is plenty of room for a family to enjoy their time together or some private time. We can't wait to go back. We hiked Chimney rock, had great meals and shopped until we dropped. Most importantly we spent time together.
