I booked us last minute to get off the road during a long road trip. The decor is updated and the location is very quiet. I got a smoking room but it did not smell of smoke because they do not have carpets in the room. Everything in the room furniture wise was vinyl so it was easy for me to wipe down with Clorox wipes just to be safe. You check in through a window at the front and are required to wear masks on the property at all times outside of your room. My only complaint about the room is that the sink leaked onto the floor so I just moved the trashcan. I would definitely stay here again and felt relatively safe though there were a couple of people hanging out in the parking lot and cars throughout the day that I’m pretty sure we’re not staying there.

Only stayed here 1 night after dropping our Grand kids off in Morganton. The room was clean and the heat worked good. The guy at the front desk was friendly and accommodating.This is you basic Motel 6 but was great for just a quick overnight stay. Would stay here again for the price it's clean and comfortable.

Never been treated so rudely by front desk help (apparent owner). I asked for 2 extra towels and the woman said I have 3 towels. Told her had 4 people. I shouldn't matter how many people we had, if I need 2 extra towels, just kindly provide them, don't have to be snotty about it.

For the price, we couldn't have found better accommodations. The exterior of the building doesn't say much, but the room interior was totally redone... everything new. Shelves rather than drawers help you see your things and not easily leave something. Electrical outlets in all the right places. Totally comfortable and clean. Coffee available in the office. Nice, moderately-priced restaurant next door is easy to walk to. Would definitely stay again.

Was cruising along the Blue Ridge parkway and wanted a place close by to stay the night. Room was newly renovated and nicely appointed. It also had a clean, working refrigerator. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. And to top it off the price was great!

new style rooms are clean and sleek. If you are staying more than one night, this is not the place. there is no place to put your suitcase but the floor and there is no closet or dresser to unpack in. there are no luggage stands. Very inconvenient. bedding is uncomfortable. Very noisy from the parking lot

PLEASE KEEP DRIVING AND DO NOT STAY HERE WITH YOUR KIDS OR EVEN ANIMALS!! Pay the 20.00 extra and sleep in a bed with clean sheets and a clean room! Rooms are so disgusting!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! We booked online got there lady was rude. We booked a non smoking room and we was put in smoking, the blankets had cigarette burn holes all over, the sheets had cigarette ashes and someone’s hair all over it. The sheets were definitely not clean. They are leaving dirty sheets on the bed. It’s like I was looking at something from a horror movie! We asked to change rooms and we were denied. We took pictures of everything and left! We were exhausted after driving so long. Ended up driving to hickory and staying at the best western definitely recommend if looking for decent price and clean sheets for your family! ! Lost money to this place but will dispute through my bank! Don’t stay here!!! Don’t waste your money!!! Not only are they not caring about Covid but they wanted me to let my children lay on sheets that was slept in by other people no telling what they had. Never in my life have I ever seen anything like that!! My husband is fired from ever making reservations again!!!!!!!!

I had to stay for an extended period of time (6 wks) waiting for my apartment to open up. This place wax great. They were on top of everything and gave me a good weekly rate. The people were in charge were very nice and friendly

Very clean and restaurants very close and within walking distance. About 1/2 way between hickory and Morganton NC. Was planning on staying in Morganton but there was hardly anything less than $100 per night. This was half that and very comfortable. Was quite satisfied

Pictures of what, rudeness, 3 towels? Posting reviews does not necessitate photos. The room itself was OK (you get what you pay for), but the front desk was poor.
There are more places to choose from in the Connelly Springs area.
