I stayed at Residence Inn, RTP for a week on September and didn't have any issue for my stay. It is located at gateway of I-40. You can easily get on/off I-40 within few minute, which means that you can go anywhere in Raleigh and Durham area. It is also the next to shopping complex like fast-food shops, restaurants, super...

Overall the hotel is good and well maintained, staff is friendly and helpful, the pool area with the grills are nice when you stay for the weekends, the pros are : they have two plazas nearby with all the services you need, fast food, grocery stores, sit down restaurants etc... The cons: it looked like a "nerfed" version of other...

The hotel is bout 2 miles from anywhere in research triangle park. So for anyone working round that area, this hotel is a good pick. It is also close to multiple restaurants including a supermarket. The hotel room is of a good size with a full kitchen, but not the best quality cutlery or kitchen appliances. There is a decent...

What such Joy I get staying at this hotel where the staff treats you as if we were blood related family members. Ken at the front desk always greets us with a smile and great conversation. Everytime I visit, I especially look for him to brighten my day. During my last visit I had the pleasure of meeting the GM...

Stayed here over the weekend. I was literally only checked in for about nine hours due to the bad traffic coming down 95. Room was clean and very spacious. We had the one bedroom studio. Worked out perfectly for the entire family. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was good enough to hold you over until lunch no complaints at...

While staying at the Residence Inn we were please with the wonderful, hardworking staff. We had one minor problem - there was something on one of the sheets - a bug wing maybe? It was quickly rectified. The room was clean, although the bathroom was tight and the toilet very low - my family is tall...The hotel was very convenient...

We had a good experience. The amenities are nice, pool, basketball/tennis court, and patio grilling area. The breakfast was ok, typical hotel breakfast. But they also had a social hour Mon-Wed with dinner. One night they served tacos with a variety of toppings, salad, and wine. The staff was very friendly and the accommodations were spacious.

We checked into this hotel and noticed right away that our room had a mildew smell to it...It almost smelled like some of the cabinets had gotten wet at one time and never dried out...The bathtub halfway drain fixture had unscrewed itself and fallen down exposing the inner workings of the tub...So needless to say this room was worn down....

We got the two-bedroom suite which was great while traveling with my Mom and sister. Everyone had their own room and even the pull-out bed was comfortable. The service was friendly and helpful, and the accommodations were comfortable. I recommend this hotel.

We were exhausted and wet when we got here. I can't say enough good about how this place changed our trip. The breakfast staff on April 26 opened up the meeting room for my family to eat in and treated us like royalty. The room was great. Some teenagers got loud at 11 overnight and security shut it down in...
