Not "very good", but is better than "average". Stayed here one night while in transit. It was the typical Red Roof that has been renovated. Clean room with flat screen TV etc. Front desk clerk was able to direct me to nearby shopping. Plenty of food options close by, easy on and off of the interstate.

I truly enjoy my stay. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very professional. If you are looking for a quiet place to rest while on business or a location that is near good restaurants this is the place. If you're on business or with family or friends get in touch with the manager of this hotel (...

This Red Roof Inn is right off the highway with food, gas, and convenient stores very near. The price was very affordable (booked in advance) for a King Suite (fridge, microwave, safe, nice desk working area. The bed was very comfortable and the a/c with temps and humidity just too much worked very well. For a one night stop it...

We stayed for 2 days, booked off their site and paid full price. They were very strict about the no smoking policy and the smoking area was a distance from our room. People obviously live with in this hotel and we made note of an unmarked police vehicle that sat attended in the lot all night. However, no one disturbed...

The room was clean, nice size, even included a desk. The problem was walking in to the room and the smell of stale smoke hits you in the face. I'm not sure if the smell is in the furniture or something else, but it smells like someone has been smoking in the room before my arrival.

I'm a contractor and I try to stay at the less expensive hotels. I'm typically just looking for a place to rest my head and keep on moving. This is by far the nicest, cleanest and best smelling (100% smoke free) hotels that I have slept in. I NEVER write reviews but for this Red Roof I had to make...

In our way to NY my husband and I stopped in NC and spend the night at this hotel. The room was clean and the bed super comfortable.. we arrived late that night and Rhonda ( if I am not wrong) was very nice and helpful. For sure we will stay there in our way back.

I had a bad experience over graduation weekend like the previous reviewer. Grossly overpriced for starters - $150 for what I would describe as a $60 motel room, in a somewhat marginal neighborhood. It could just be that every Durham hotel rips off graduation parents on that weekend, of course. The room smelled as though a ton of bleach had...

I can't think of a hotel (using the term loosely) I've stayed at in the last 30 years that was more disappointing. We were in Durham for my daughter's graduation and there were limited options or I would have never chosen this place. Please read the other reviews before you book. I wish I had. There are consistent themes in...
