My wife and I discovered the Granville Queen 1-1/2 years ago when our work paths intersected in Edenton for one night. We were instantly struck by the beautiful home and kind and thoughtful nature of the owner, Robert. His genuine love for this delightful B&B is evident and as such, we always feel a special sense of welcome and we...

I have become jaded and difficult to please in my middle age. I have found The Ritz and Hilton to be disappointing. However, I found The Grandville Queen Inn to exceed my standards. It is the most private B&B I have ever stayed at. The owners are sweet and humble. They made us feel so welcomed. The house is impeccable...

My husband and I chose this inn for a very special getaway. We were welcomed into this beautiful home with warmth and hospitality by Robert and his lovely wife, Eula. They both took time to individually share the history of the inn, show us photos of past Christmases, and to make sure we were at home and had everything we...

Weekend get away with my wife. This was our first time staying at a bed and breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms and house are beautiful, we loved the location and plan to return in the summer.

I arrived at the Granville queen exhausted and stressed to the max and left transformed. Part was the lovely accommodations, part was the charm of Edenton, but a huge part was the beautiful spirit of the owners Robert Beasley and his wife Eula. They greet you with charm, welcome and true hospitality (and Robert cooks a breath-taking breakfast). I can't...

What a wonderful place; Robert and his wife were terrific hosts, he cooks up a good breakfast, the ladies who helped were very kind and the town is absolutely quaint. The room and bathroom will need a little updating and attention but the living room, dining room and breakfast porch and garden were lovely. Would definitely come back.

My wife and I feel the Granville Queen is a very special Inn. As soon we walked in the door we were greeted by the owner Robert. He proceeded to give us a tour of the Inn with history included. The entire home was decorated for Christmas inside and out that complemented the antique furnishings. The Christmas tree was adorned...

This is one of the finest places that we've stayed in. The rooms are furnished beautifully and the breakfast is delicious. The inn-keepers, Mr. and Mrs. Beasley, are very gracious. Not to be missed if you are in Edenton.

I have stayed in some amazing B&Bs over the years but the Granville Queen feels so special the minute you walk in the door. The entire home was decorated for Christmas inside and out. Owner Robert greeted us & showed us to our exquisite rooms. The antique furnishings, gas fireplaces combined with updated bathrooms and balconies are beyond words. He...
