We had had such a pleasant experience at another Sleep Inn, that we decided to stay here on our way back from Maryland. BAD decision! Very unprofessional front desk clerk, no name tag or other identification. Hallway was a hollow-sounding laminate floor and EVERY door that opened echoed loudly up and down the hall. Beds and bedding very comfortable, thankfully. "Breakfast Medley", promised from 6-9 am, was "not here yet" by 7:30 am, so we went to Cracker Barrel. Upon our check out, we saw that the "medley" had arrived and was in a basket. It consisted of 3 flavors of cereal bars. The juice machine was "out of order". There was mildew on the bathroom ceiling, and moulding missing from around the bathroom door. DO NOT STAY HERE.

This hotel states that the breakfast was free. However, the hotel receptionist did not give us enough breakfast because "we only have 6". We were a party of 8 people in two rooms. This is very disappointing as we selected the hotel based on the fact that we did not want to have to go elsewhere and pay extra for breakfast while doing our road trip. The breakfast is a small bag with water (no coffee or juice) and a Bob Evans sandwich.

Floors dirty, hotels stinks, slow water flow toilets, toilet not properly mounted to the floor, somebody smoked in one of the rooms they tried to give us,TV did not work, No ice in the ice machines. They said the hotel was being remodeled, we saw no workers present, we checked out after one night, but we needed a 6 night stay,

We travel over the road and when we stay the most important item is cleanliness. We booked this on the app and thought it would be middle of the road...we were very WRONG! We checked in at 230pm on Saturday afternoon. Upon entering the hotel and its hallways the smell of weed was pungent, hoping that the room itself was better we proceeded. Got in semi unpacked only to sit down to relax and find the television did not get any channels. Contacted front desk and they moved our room a door down...pack back up move over get semi unpacked again turn on tv and get ready to shower. To my HORROR when I grabbed the towel there was a lovely bed bug YES bed bug. I verified with 2 members in the hotel industry first, took pictures and then packed back up yet AGAIN!! the front desk personnel looked at the bug as quickly as she could and said “that’s not a bed bug that’s a bug I’ve seen outside”...now one might believe that except this bug was a 1/4 of the size of my pinky fingernail, so unless she was crawling around in the parking lot with a magnifying glass she would never have seen this bug, but none the less she was unfazed and snatched the towel and put it behind the counter...yes just tossed it behind the counter live crawling bed bug and all!!! Yuck!!! She gave us our refund immediately with no hassle and we proceeded across the parking to the Howard Johnson..it was spectacularly clean had a good basic breakfast coffee all day and fresh baked cookies in the evening!! Please rethink if you are headed to this particular sleep inn, the Howard Johnson next door is 10x the hotel and the staff is very accommodating! But just to finish on a good note the sleep inn front desk clerk did get us a working tv, and processed our refund as we requested; upon showing proof of both problematic issues. This Sleep Inn needs fumigated and deep cleaned. We would NOT recommend if in this area!

Right off of 95. Clean except for a touch of mold in bath. Comfortable bed -king bed. The check in was quick, friendly and efficient. A bit of bummer is that there is no hot breakfast and they only offer cereal bars a juice that has to be requested.Fast food in the area. Would stay again for an overnight. Good place to stop to and from Florida.
