Managers reception limited to two drinks. Can’t blame it on COVID, because the bar was open. Snacks were small bags of chips. That’s all. Just another way hotels are cutting services but not costs. Breakfast good but seemed scaled back as well.

This is a great Embassy Suites! The pool, gym, and happy hour are great. Michael was our bartender and he was courteous and attentive. The rooms are spacious and the shower pressure was really good. This was just a stop over on our way to Charleston, but it was a really pleasant surprise.

I've stayed here multiple times in the past and these past 2 stays were NOT worth the money. The previous time I stayed; I wasn't aware the kitchen was closed and you get a "to-go box" breakfast and the bar was closed along with the pool.....the price was still full price though. This past weekend I stayed. I'll skip a lot of detail; but the lady at the front desk really irritated me by something she said that sounded very insulting. I also felt like the pricing was like on a game show while trying to figure out what she was actually doing and getting a straight answer without the sarcastic comments. This hotel apparently don't clean your room unless you request it......and they STILL DIDN'T even after I requested it. **** We had a knock on the door at 11;30 PM handing us clean sheets so we could MAKE UP OUR OWN BED!!! WTH??? We stayed there 3 days..... had only that ONE tiny shampoo to last the two of us for 3 days. We had to buy soap and shampoo,,,,,used the same damp towels,,,, trash in the room for 3 days, AND there was DIRTY FINGER PRINTS ALL OVER THE "CLEAN " GLASSES in the room. The jacuzzi water looked really cloudy and dirty and didn't look too welcoming in the pool area with that. SICK AND TIRED OF COVID BEING THE EXCUSE FOR CRAPPY SERVICE. ......If the service suffers; DROP YOUR PRICES!!! They actually increased pricing on the room prices and did away with services. They used to give out 2 drink tickets for the bar as a courtesy when checking in but now you have to ask for them each time. THEN,,,you have to sit there with everyone else at the bar while you keep picking out what you want while getting denied on each drink until you choose the cheapest possible drink they will allow you to have with the tickets. sort of embarrassing!! *****They say they don't clean rooms because of covid; yet they go into your room right after you check out to clean.......WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE?? The breakfast was great!! Service there was good. The rest I could've done without..... The manager did however offered to drop 20-25 dollars off the room each night. Not worth the aggravation. Now I have 3 different FULL charges pending on my credit card for some reason... waiting to see if 2 of them will drop off. UGH!!

When I arrived at this hotel, both front desk receptionist were missing for about 30 mins. It was literally no one in the front to check me in to my room. I walked in and out. I stood at the desk, waiting. I spoke with a guest & he said he didn’t see anyone either and he was outside way before I got there. All of a sudden someone’s comes from the lobby area. I honestly thought she was on drugs. Because she seem to have no clue what to do with my reservation. So she then went over and literally tried to wake the other receptionist up. Whom was asleep. I mean with a blanket and all. I really couldn’t believe I was at the Hilton. The lady said she was gone give me a free night for being so unprofessional but still I got charge for the all nights. I recorded the entire part when she was sleeping. I wanted to expose it but I know this is not Hilton behavior. So a GM or DM needs to visit this location ASAP. Not everyone is as nice as me.

Always a great night’s stay at the Embassy! Great cook to order breakfast and a great bar for the evening. Safest part of town and conveniently located right near the base. Kept clean and with great amenities.
