We visited Franklin and spent the night at the Sapphire Inn managed by Mr Bobby Patel. Upon arrival Mr Patel was very courteous and helpful. We found the room to be very clean and pleasant. After we had checked out the following day we received a call from Mr Patel informing us that my wife had left her slippers in...

This is an older style economy motel. The hotel recently changed ownership and management. We had made a reservation months ago with the previous owners knowing we would be ending our hike in Franklin and wanting a hot shower and a bed. When we arrived the reservation had not transferred, however the manager was eager to accommodate us. He even...

We had stayed here before and had become concerned about the cleanliness of the hotel and decided due to on line reviews to stay elsewhere on this trip. However, I was told the Inn has new owners who are trying to upgrade, so we decided to check it out. They have already upgraded 4 rooms with new paint, bedding (new...

The service was personable, informative, polite, and eager to please. The motel was an older style, economy type brick, two story motel, with a large swimming pool in the center of the property. Our room was very clean, well arranged, new small refrigerator and microwave, clean linnens, very clean bathroom with a nice shower. There was no coffee pot in...

Wifi is way too slow and sometimes does not work at all. Other aspects are good. Rather i would say ok experience. It is good for sleeping for a night. Found some red stains on the bed. AC was working fine.

I have no words. Wait, I do. Gross. Disgusting. Dirty. Carpet was stained. Chairs stained. Not even a bottle of bleach can save this place. No alarm clock or phone and the television was old. Sketchy people hanging out front. Saw other guests grabbing ice from the ice machine with their bare hands. The pool was a half empty and...

First of all the sheets had blood and hair and God only knows what else. Disgusting to say the least. Filthy carpets that stunk to high heaven. The pool or should I say cesspool I wouldn't let a rat swin in it. Air conditioning worked some of the time. Smelled worse than a dirty whorehouse. It was the only room...

Room was not clean. Lights did not work. Towels had holes. The bathmat is a small piece of paper. And we were almost the only one in the place. Wifi would not work, and the clerk said "the wifi is slow". Go anywhere else!

Had an opportunity to be in Franklin, NC this past weekend and ended up at the Sapphire Inn. It was a quaint little place with all of the ammenities except in-room coffee makers. This motel was clean and not too crowded while we were there. My only problem was that the room was facing the highway and you could hear...
