Staff is rude and unhelpful. They only provide sheets and pillowcases on beds and will not provide blanket on request. They also will not provide printed copy of bill/receipt on request. They advertise continental breakfast but do not provide anything. The rooms are smelly and the guests like the night life - making noise in the parking lot until 3:00 a.m.

Every type of store is near this location. Workers, who worked at night, at the front desk were very nice. The property owner, and some of the house keepers had times of being rude. It's as if they don't like questions to be asked...

While very well situated and close to the hospital, the motel is very unkempt and disheveled. Beds were not made or room cleaned the second day. Rugs are torn, bedspread with cigarette burn holes, shower curtain moldy, missing light bulbs, telephone cord missing and nonfunctional. Do not know why wyndham attaches their name to this place. Was disgusting.

This room was horrible the fridge didnt work microwave didnt work top cover on bed was so stained I pulled it off the floor had a needle stuck in it my boyfriend found it when it stuck him yes he got checked out

The room was really, really, really worn out. I think it had been cleaned OK, but it needs more than that. I am not fussy, but this is the first hotel room that made me seriously consider walking away when I first saw it. I didn't have time or energy to find another spot, so I toughed it out, but it was really bad.

Dirty sheets hair in the bathtub and bathroom. Drugs being sold there. Found a empty pack of cigarettes in between the sheets found dead bug around the bed. Not a good idea to rent there they was told about everything and they would not let me change rooms.

Rudest check-in experience I have ever had. The front desk person was obviously mad at somebody and took it out on me. He would not only not assist me in finding my rewards number, but would not even put in my AARP number to get me any discount at all. I know that sounds trivial, but if you had been there and witnessed it you would understand.

I should have read the reviews before I booked. Nastiest place I have ever stayed and would have not stayed except it was late and I had prepaid. Uber driver said I probably would not have gotten a ride if I hadn't stated the nearby IHOP as the drop off/pickup spot. He had dropped off people at the hotel and saw someone shooting up drugs in the parking lot.

If you need handicap accessibility, stay clear of this hotel! There is no handicap parking, no elevators and only one ramp to access the entire first floor. The desk clerk who checked me in was rude, and tried to give me a 2nd floor room AFTER I had reserved a first floor room and specifically stated that my husband was disabled in a wheelchair and needed a first floor room or elevator access. He had a very bad attitude toward me when I asked for a first floor room or to refund my money (he did give me a first floor room). Our room was dirty and stained and there was an unpleasant odor we could not describe. The Ac/Heater didn’t work well and the room was cool and clammy. The front door did not have a seal around the frame and it was 35 degrees outside overnight, which we could feel and added to the coolness of the room. The carpet was so dirty that I wouldn’t remove my shoes. It had burn holes, was ripped and torn in several places and felt uneven. I couldn’t take a shower because the bathroom and shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the last tenants and there was something disgusting in the drain. The coffee pot didn’t work, not that I would have used it because it was nasty and looked like something they had picked up from the dump (I was just curious if it even worked). The hair dryer was so aged that it was brown and looked like another item collected from the dump. The furniture was stained, banged up, burned and had a film on it that I was afraid to touch. The bed was hard, lumpy and uncomfortable. The bedspread was dirty and had burn holes all over it. There was a syringe on the rack in the sink area. The owners of this establishment are little better than slum lords and this location should be condemned. If given the choice between staying here again and sleeping in my car, I will be sleeping in my car!…

Firstly, I’ve seen apologizes dating back to 2015 from the management, don’t bother guys, you clearly don’t mean a word since nothing has been done to fix any issues. I wish I would have read the reviews before I wasted my time. This hotel is far below standard. So far below that calling it a dump would be a compliment. Wash the bed spreads. Mine was covered in a mystery goo that appeared to have been there quite a while so I threw it on the floor. The beds are probably circa 1970. I don’t think I’ve ever had a worse one. The carpet is old and full of burns and filthy. I felt I had to keep my shoes on Upon moving the fridge to plug it in, I found garbage and dust bunny’s the size of rats. The furniture is beat up. The best description I’ve read was “looks like they picked it up at the side of the road” however I would have said reclaimed it from the local dump. It appears that they are using this hotel as a low to no income residence. Wyndham should be ashamed to have they’re super 8 name on this place. I’m fairly sure they aren’t aware of the state of decay. I highly advise passing this place by. Clearly they don’t care or are too lazy to do even the most basic of care (maybe both) They’ll take your money fast enough though.…
