Inn was very pleasant, clean, comfortable, and all the staff was outstanding including the cleaning staff. I will stay here again! My stay was for three nights. The breakfast was a muffin (delicious) with juice or coffee but everywhere the breakfast has been limited due to Covid.

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times. Always a good experience. This time the breakfast options were awful!!! Breakfast at many hotels has really plummeted since COVID. This property is not far off the interstate and close to everything on 4 Seasons Blvd.

Hotel was reasonable cost. Great walking parks and outdoor nature to appreciate. Very dog friendly town. The museum in downtown Hendersonville was really great and downtown was a great place to eat, or walk in nice weather.

All twelve of my family members booked rooms here this October and let me be the one to say that we were blown away! The professionalism and hospitality is a reason in itself to stay here! We arrived late due to a late departure from our home but the guy at front desk was quick and understanding. Check in took less than five minutes and we were directed to our rooms. The rooms themselves were so clean we didn’t need to use the extra sheets we always bring to hotels or anything. The whole hotel smelt of lavender and the lobby was such a beautiful sight! I think the best thing about our stay was the wonderful breakfast they served every morning. Everything was freshly cooked and sanitary and they had a lot to chose from. The breakfast attending was accommodating and quick to make sure all the food was at full capacity. All in all this was a great stay for our reunion and we absolutely will me coming back to stay here in the future.

The room was OK but i don’t think they are doing enough to help folks feel safe from Covid. There is sparse availability of hand sanitizer and items like towels, shampoo, soap, etc. are not individually packaged like in other hotels.
The “breakfast “ was abysmal. Weak coffee, few food choices, minimal safe seating. I had to go to the front desk to ask them to get eggs, sausage, bread, coffee, etc. refilled. By the time someone came to do this, we and several others had walked away.

As soon as we pulled up to the hotel I knew that my expectations based on the pictures on the Internet were far too high. The hotel was very old and run down and it was apparent from the front lobby and inside the room. I noticed some stains on the linens (thank goodness we brought our own pillows) and a dirty mini fridge. We attempted to log into the Wi-Fi which was spotty and slow at best, and dropping our connection constantly. The breakfast in the morning, which I knew was not going to be the same due to current circumstances, was laughable. They had pre-packaged blueberry muffins and V8 splash juice only. Anyone who cannot have that amount of sugar was out of luck. There was an individual coffee maker in the room but the coffee was so bad it was not even drinkable. I should have known that the pictures on the Internet were too good to be true for the price. Thank goodness we only stayed for less than 12 hours on our way to another location. Next time I will spend a little more to stay more comfortably.

Very musty. Fleas/fruit flies in the bathroom. Toilet would stick in flush mode. Generally tired. Phone didn't work. My wife said the coffee was very weak and the breakfast options were limited (typical for most hotels during this pandemic) It did seem to be clean and the beds were comfortable and clean. Located near restaurants and other stores.

I loved it! Can't complain. It's a short drive to Chimney Rock and other attractions in the area. Great breakfast too, and located around lots of stores and food places, yet still has a quaint feel to the town. We searched prices for every place in the area and this was the cheapest we found that was also nice and accommodating.

Window in ground floor room facing wooded area would not lock, requested another room, had to move all unpacked stuff to new room. New room's window, ground floor facing parking lot ALSO WOULD NOT LOCK! We did not bother to request yet a 3 room as we were able to pack our car in front of room window and we kept valuables in our car when we left room. It is imperative that your guests feel safe and should not have to be moved to room after room to accomplish that. In addition, room was in need or repairs and paint, marked walls and discolored ceiling, and when I was getting ice bucket to fill with ice , noticed something inside and without thinking pulled out a dirty paper towel and a used plastic dental floss tool, very gross and unsafe during a pandemic. Very disappointed in our stay. Wont be back

We enjoyed a clean fresh room each day with smiling helpful staff. They were quick to make suggestions based on our thought. When asked for anything they always supplied and suggested other things. We have been staying here on and off to visit family for over fifteen years.

No. There were no extra fees. Henderson itself is very pet friendly with water bowls outside many stores, and we were allowed to bring our pet dog on the lease into most stores.
