Absolutely great homey hotel. Comfortable, clean, the customer service is above 10. It may not be extremely updated, but the beds, and cleanliness makes it all okay. It's the best value in Hendersonville, I will stay here over and over and you should too

Husband and I traveling thru to Hilton Head and looked all around for a room based on price and reviews. The main brand hotels like Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Marriott all $189-$210/night with varied reviews. If the price was decent, then reviews said bedbugs!! We were getting frustrated when my husband came upon this place…great reviews, quiet area, price of $132 on a Friday night! I was skeptical since we rarely venture past the name brand places, but I was pleasantly surprised! The desk clerk, Daniel, was very friendly and funny. The room was a king bed…very clean, spacious, smelled good lol, and bed was comfortable. There was a fridge, microwave, coffee maker in the room as well. Breakfast is included, but we opted out bc all there was was make your own waffles, bagels, cereal. They had coffee, milk, and juice as well, but we wanted a hot breakfast with some eggs. The area was clean, just our preference for more of a hot breakfast. Only complaint was the tub plug didn’t stay open to allow the water to drain while showering. Other than that it was great! Kind of a hidden gem! Not fancy, but all you need! I would stay there again for sure!

Fantastic experience! From checking in to out! Seemed like a family the way it was run. Even cleaning personnel acted like they were part owners.. Breakfast was simple but satisfying. Apples always available from local orchard. X x xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxcxxxxxxxxxxxcxcccxxx

Where to begin. This was a last minute reservation in an area completely unknown to us. We had been traveling down the Blue Ridge Parkway and decided to call it a day here. From the point of entry at the spotless lobby and kind greeting by Daniel, to the enormous, well appointed room, we were extremely impressed. I don’t enter a hotel room unless armed with Clorox wipes….just to be clear about my standards. Everything was in excellent condition and very clean. Our room had a nice fridge, microwave and coffeemaker. The beds were very comfortable and linens fluffy and white. Even though a large tour group was there at the same time, Daniel and Justine…the front desk staff on evening and morning shifts were helpful, cheerful and informative. Someone is doing a GREAT job managing this property. We absolutely will stay here again!

Very nice rooms and lobby, staff are super helpful. Rooms are comfortable with comfortable beds, fluffy towels. Breakfast is good basic hotel fare: a selection of bagels, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, fruit, cereal, coffee, tea, milk, juice, toast, etc. Rooms and baths are spotlessly clean, ditto for lobby and breakfast room.

Pros: Large rooms with microware, refrigerator & coffee maker. Cons: Needs more electrical outlets, absolutely no USB outlets, spotty room WIFI, bare bones breakfast (better like cereal), coffeemaker in room 5 feet high. OK for a 1 night stay just to rest your head, but we stayed 3 nights.

Very rude front desk attendant. Place looked abandoned. I found a another option with friendlier staff. This motel use to be owned by B. Hyder. I doubt he would like to be treated in this manner.

Remote location, very clean, beds were amazing, and breakfast was good for what it was. Waffles and cereal ect. Lobby and breakfast area was very clean also. I saw some complaints about noise but that was not an issue for us, our room was quiet. Would stay again!!
