We stayed here a few years ago, and enjoyed our stay. Nothing special, but we enjoyed seeing the fall leaves and relaxing on the porch.

Beancounter73 was a guest when my husband and I stayed at The Apple Inn. Mr. Buckley is young, maybe 35 or so. He has two small children and his wife works in the pharmaceutical field. We have stayed at the Inn several times and often in October. Mr. Buckley does it all, cooks, cleans and takes reservations. I have never... More

The guy who runs this place should choose another profession. He's rude and I felt like an intruder the whole time I was at the inn. We had to move rooms at 8:30 at night because he can't keep his reservations book straight. He stomped through the house and was just very unpleasant. There was no "southern hospitality" here. There... More

My husband, son and I wanted to spend one extra night in western NC on the road, and I am so happy we found this Inn! The home and property is lovely as well as extremely comfortable--seriously, big, beautifully-upholstered, comfy chairs and sofas instead of spindly antiques you're afraid to touch. The owner/Innkeeper was charming and courteous. The bed and... More

My family & I just returned from a very relaxing vacation while visiting friends in the area. They recommended the Apple Inn Bed & Breakfast to us and as we have never been to North Carolina before we took their advice. We arrived late in the evening after a 16 hour drive from CT and found 'The Cottage’ ready and... More

My wife and I were looking for a romantic getaway to celebrate Valentine's Day/Our Anniversary and we found it with the Apple Inn. We stayed in a great room with a lot of character and a view of the mountains as an added bonus. The Inn keepers were a friendly young couple who made us feel right at home. Their... More

My husband and I stayed in the lovely cottage at the Apple Inn before New Year's. We found the accomodations to be impeccably clean and the inkeepers/owners to be more than accomodating and friendly. We chose this inn because they were the only nice place that would let us bring our two small dogs and charged a small fee for... More

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Apple Inn B&B the weekend of 11/6-11/8 in the Cortland room. We had a great time in Hendersonville and the hosts of the Apple Inn were gracious. The Inn itself coudd not have been in a better location and the rooms were very nice. The Cortland room was great, but we got a... More

I just read a review where someone had booked one room and then was given another - I had the very same experience. I was moving for one night and when I was shown the room I was moviing to, I told the Innkeeper that was not the room I booked - he started in with some excuse, but I... More

My wife and I received a wonderful gift of a weekend get-a-way in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina. We were so excited to head up to the mountains to explore chimney rock and pick some apples with our young son. You can imagine our dismay when we arrived at our dump of a bed and breakfast. What was advertised... More
