they need quieter cleaning carts , wheels make noise, they are hard plastic and clang along the outside of room , they should be air filled and they sometimes wake you up at 745 am to see if your there so they can clean and the dining area is too small

Stayed here on or way to Florida. Comfortable, clean, quiet, and large room. Excellent breakfast with scrambled eggs and sausage.Staff extremely pleasant and friendly. Been to this area many time before, and great place to stay if going to, Chimney Rock , falls at DuPont Forest, or the town of Hendersonville . All great places to visit.

I don't normally stay in a hotel that has outside doors. This hotel was clean, very good breakfast, friendly staff, nice clean, inviting lobby, has Mexican Restaurant. Not far from Biltmore House in Asheville.

The rooms were very clean, welcoming staff from the front desk to the breakfast crew were always willing to be of help. What a great breakfast. Also a wonderful Mexican restaurant just off the lobby - authentic and delicious. Great to enjoy a wonderful meal after a long day of driving.

Our favorite place to stay on our annual trip back from visiting family in Florida, The property, in spite of its age, is always well kept and clean, and your staff is welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We're not sure if suppliers may have changed, or it was just an "off" day, but Breakfast (usually excellent) was a disappointment - the scrambled eggs were inedible, and the sausage links were burnt - hopefully, it was an aberration.

Check-In and Out was easy:) Nice area:) Room came off clean:) This is an older hotel, but well taken care of for the most part:) Rooms are big enough for a nights stay:) Bed a little hard for me and pillows flat, but for each his own:) Nice shower pressure and ple of hot water:) Small screen TV. Outdoor rooms with parking in front of doors. Toilet in our room does not flush well, #118:( The staff at this location are EXCELLENT! Property restaurant also EXCELLENT !

We stay here every year on our way up from Florida and it is always a pleasant stop. The property is super clean and well kept. Pleasant staff and the breakfast is the best we’ve experienced at a mid-priced inn. Will definitely stay again next year.

We like this hotel because it’s a great location and friendly staff. Plus lots of nice restaurants in the area and the Mexican attached to the hotel is wonderful. Highly recommend. In the fall there are apple orchards close by and let’s not forget the vineyards.

I booked Best Western because of pervious travel. I expected another great room and breakfast. The room was updated, clean and decorated. Clean rooms, Nice hot shower, easy internet, and Very comfortable beds. The staff was helpful and friendly and made me feel welcomed.
