Hotel's Favourite
The staff were very pleasant and our check in was fast and smooth. The check in clerk was very attentive and funny too. Because I am a member with Best Western, I was able to use my points to redeem our fist night and we even received the updated room that was newly renovated. The bed was so comfortable and the room was nicely decorated. We did not have any issues at all during our stay. Will certainly recommend this place to friends and families if they are ever in the area.

The beds were worn out which prevented a good nights sleep. This hotel only has double beds. I'm sure the beds would last longer if they were queens. The staff is great, the facility is fine, the breakfast is what you expect at any decent hotel.

This is the shabbiest Best Western I have ever stayed in. I have a lower opinion of BW and will never assume a quality stay at a reasonable price again. The beds were good but towels were paper thin and water pressure lacking. Also carpets filthy and upholstered chair was torn and grimy. Breakfast fair but coffee tasted of paper cups provided. Lots of freeway noise.

We have family in Maiden and Lincolnton and this motel is our favorite place to stay. The staff is always very welcoming and helpful . The rooms have always been clean with no issues and the beds are great. Firm, yet comfortable so you get a good nights sleep. There is always a large amount of choices for breakfast and the coffee is great. This is always our choice of places to stay when we are here in NC

My husband and I travel to Hickory once a year for a special event at the Hickory Convention Center. Whereas we have stayed at other brand hotels nearby in the past, we stayed at this hotel last year and chose it again for this trip and were pleased. We were welcomed at the front desk at check-in with a welcome bag with water and a snack for being a REWARDS member which was a nice touch. We chose an interior room (that costs more) due to personal preference and do appreciate that it is pet free. Very clean; housekeeping does a good job. Nicely lit room. Both the air conditioner and mini-fridge ran quietly. The breakfast was outstanding this year! So many things to pick from and was better than last time because the breakfast bar was kept up better and the hostess was a very nice, kind, and helpful attendant who you could see took pride in her work. The dining room is exceptionally nice too with a good amount of seating, well-appointed, and large windows. No real problems during our stay but for the very low water flow in the shower. …

If you are looking for a place to lay your head and feel comfortable, this is it. The rooms are spacious and clean! It's easy access to everything ! The staff is great! They have a yummy breakfast and the food and area is sooo clean!

Room was clean and staff was friendly. Shower was hot and had great water pressure. Decent room for a 1 night stay while traveling. Taller toilets and a little more attention to detail when it comes to maintenance and patches would help the appearance of the rooms.

We stay at the Best Western a lot when we go for a night or two and when we don't take our camper and we are mostly stay at Best Western Hotels we are never dissatified with our stay the service is very good value is too.

There was nothing about this hotel that I would want to repeat. The carpet in the rooms was dirty. The handicap rooms did not have a walk in shower. The shower water naver got hot. The only good thing about this hotel was the staff. They were very nice.
