My husband and I had booked 10 days at this hotel, but after the first night there we cancelled the rest of our reservation. The closet was tiny and the shower (no tub) did not drain well at all. By time I finished my short shower the water had pooled to the top of the shower floor. It was very...

The location is great The rooms are ok The bathrooms are small and old Water pressure and temperate vary greatly. The common areas are dated If on a budget stay here but every time you look across the street you'll see the Old Edwards inn and wish you were there.

We just returned from the Highlands. We were there for a wedding and stayed at the Highlands Inn. It was just lovely! Very clean, good breakfast, comfortable bed. The porch is delightful. I would recommend it to anyone visiting the Highlands and when we return, we will stay there again!

I have completely lost faith in TripAdvisor thanks to this place. Not sure why people are giving this place such glowing reviews, unless they've never travelled except in third world countries or are being compensated to submit positive reviews. I write this so that other people are not fooled as I was. I've travelled on 4 continents over the last...

Very quaint inn with a very helpful staff with a complementary made to order breakfast! The Inn is in the middle of town. All things Highlands are a short walk away. The staff was very knowledgeable about Highlands history and activities. The Highlands Inn is a historical hotel so some of the modern conveniences take a back seat. I'll stay...

I can't say enough about the Highlands Inn. We stayed for two nights, and it was fantastic. We had booked a small room, but because they weren't packed they upgraded us to a large room with a balcony for free. Breakfast was amazing. I had French Toast one morning, and gravy biscuits the other. My husband loved the omelets so...

We had a great time at the cozy inn to celebrate our 8th anniversary. The location is perfect for enjoying the shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and willing to help whether it's helping locate a nice romantic dinner or a special sight around the area. We 'd certainly recommend it to anyone wanting to enjoy this great...

I visited the Highlands Inn for my Birthday weekend and we had an absolute blast. I was a little nervous about the size of the small queen room #39 but it really was perfect for us: a young couple who only used the room for sleeping and spent most of the time exploring the city, hiking and going out for...

The Inn is a very warm, cozy, and welcoming place. The lobby is furnished with period antiques and the Chesterfield in front of the fireplace is a very inviting spot after a day of sightseeing. The location is perfect. The staff at the Inn are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are quaint and homey. Beds are comfortable. We stayed...
