Room had a weird smell and was a bit dated. I wasn’t a fan on the huge mirror across the whole room behind the beds. They did give us a bit bigger of a room for the same rate as the smaller room we reserved since we were traveling with two dogs, which was appreciated and considerate. Fridge didn’t work, they did replace, but that one wasn’t in the best condition. Staff was all friendly, no complaints there. Wasn’t worth the cost of the stay, been in much better hotels for less. Overall they stay was pretty good.

The room was comfortable and met my needs. Simple simplistic no fridge, no microwave, no extras. There was coffee pot with coffee and then there was breakfast offered. The room was a little musty at first but air conditioner was quiet and efficient with easy controls. Blackout curtains were effective.

We asked for an accessible room with 2 queen beds. We were charged $130 and when we opened the door to the room, the smell of paint or something was unpleasant. There was a hole in the lower part of the bathroom door. The toilet seat was peeling in several places and splash of something on the wall.
The beds at least were clean and comfortable and we were too tired to make changes. When I asked the front desk attendant what the room charge was, she asked if I wanted the rate for a room, or our room specifically. Does an accessible room get charged more?
Expectations were higher as this was almost twice what we had paid for other hotels which were much nicer and with a better breakfast as well.
Also, if a disabled person in a wheelchair/walker/crutches came to the front door, it is impossible to get in as there is no automatic door. Maybe there is another entrance that is accessible. Sorry to say, this needs some upgrading and attention to detail.

I read the reviews before booking this, but I went ahead and stayed here because I needed a suite and the price was significantly lower than getting 2 rooms somewhere else. The Queen suite did not have a separate room, it had a pullout couch next to the bed. The room was clean, but the carpet was a little uneven and worn. I could smell air freshener every where in the hotel. The cleaning lady was very nice and responsive. The breakfast was basic. Coffee was fine, there is a waffle maker and a few choices of bready things, cereal, oatmeal packets, diet yogurt, and some egg-biscuits that you can microwave. The 2 front desk staff that I encountered did not have a customer service orientation. I was polite and nice, and one of them came around. But there really did not make a good first impression.

I had been on the road for 13hrs with my dog and was looking for a safe place to sleep for the night. I went on Fido.com to find a pet friendly hotel for the night. First know, there is a $20 a night pet fee and there is ZERO pet friendly amenities. No designated pet area for your pet to relieve themselves. Its doable, but no pet area. All of that is fine, no complaints. Just want fellow furbaby owners to be aware.
Now about the room.
Inside the room, I found an unopened condom under the pillow in the window reading seat. I took that in stride and laughed it off. Then when I laid down to go to sleep, I noticed the smoke detector on the ceiling was covered with plastic. That is a huge safety concern. I assume it was a previous guest who probably did it to smoke in the room, but it is supposed to be on housekeeping daily checklist.
Last but not least, at 730am as I'm sitting on the bed watching TV and drinking coffee, someone opens my room door. I'm assuming housekeeping because when I yelled, a female apologized and left. They way the room is designed, I did not have visual and I didn't jump up because I was reaching for my gun in my purse.
I went to the front desk and though the manager was very apologetic, I was still shaken because the outcome could have been extremely bad.
Please train the housekeeping staff better on safety and security procedures and cleaning procedures while your at it.
The check in desk clerk was super nice and friendly. The night auditor, not so much.
They do have a nice continental breakfast and the coffee is exceptional for a hotel coffee.

Room 107. The room smelt so I opened a window. There were spots in the carpet so I grabbed a cloth to make sure it wasn’t wet and one spot was wet and dirty and the other spot was so sticky the cloth stuck to it. Beds looks clean so we stayed the night, next morning I woke to a bug on my bed and saw another much bigger bug on the floor. I was creeped out and left quickly.

Bathroom fan not sucking, paper thin walls, sinking bed impression, ac did work great. TV was in a weird spot, but worked nicely. The room and hotel could use a little TLC. Breakfast was decent; waffle maker, frozen sausage biscuits, milk, coffee, apple juice, orange juice. Staff was nice

When I first came in I was very unhappy with my room. There was this wonderful lady from the front desk Tasha who accommodate my every need and fix my problem very quickly. My experience here was Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had breakfast included in the morning . Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.

The room was dirty, walls, floors, clean but stained towels bedding and sheets, night stand had a sticky spot from an old sticker or something, walls next to trash has food on them. The whole hotel smells like a smokers basement, and the hall to my room had a very strong weed smell. Breakfast was alright, enough to get the job done. But overall I would not stay here again.
