Everything I have tried has been excellent, but the spinach & artichoke dip is my favorite! I go to the Iron Horse every time I visit Hot Springs! Some days the have live music which is a nice touch. Great place all around!

We were staying in a hot springs cabin for the w/e. The town is very small and not much is open this time of year. But this restaurant is and food is good. Staff is helpful and fast. No ordering to go.

Stopped in for lunch and was greeted by a smiling waitress. Had the special of the day (roast beef sandwich au jus). The sweet potato fries are to die for, and the sweet tea is great! I have not experienced the hotel, but definitely plan on dining here again next time I am in Hot Springs!

Had lunch there yesterday on a freezing cold Tuesday in early January. The sidewalk wasn't clear after Saturday's snow, it was treacherous walking, and the floor was pretty dirty as a result. But we were greeted promptly with a smile, and after that it was pretty perfect. The craft beer, Noble Golden Arrow Ginger was real tasty. The corned beef...

Thank you for your review I am glad you enjoyed your meal with us. All of us at the Iron Horse agree with the heading of your review. A point of clarification I personally shoveled and salted our sidewalks at the Iron Horse on Saturday and they were dry and clear during your visit for the safety of all of...

Stopped in just before closing . We just wanted ice cream . There are crafts and art works to look at and buy. The ice cream was hand made not your run of the mill ice cream . All natural . I had salted caramel with apple butter swirl. It's worth the stop . This was not the hotel ,just...

The Iron Horse is a unique, quaint inn with photos dating back to the 1860s, and is on the second floor above the Iron Horse Restaurant. We stayed in room 214, a small room, but it did have a queen bed and a window with a view of the train tracks and the mountains. The halls are wide with seating...

Had the pleasure of staying at the "Iron Station Hotel and Restaurant" this summer and really enjoyed the accommodation. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. No TV, but we did not go to the mountains to watch TV, we came to get away and enjoy a "quaint" little, friendly mountain town. With the free WiFi we...

Hot Springs is well known for two things - Hikers rolling on and off the Appalachain Trail and of course the Hot Springs. It is a small, quaint town with limited dining options. While all the restaurants bring their own flavor and charm, I think Iron Horse Station has the best food if you are looking for something a bit...

You can hear ever foot step, ever time the people next to you uses the bathroom and flush their commode, and ever word spoken. WiFi is spotty, needs more guest parking, Go early to the restaurant, they ran out some ingredients, for same of their menu items by 8:30pm.

I'm sure this like the Ritz for the weary AT through-hiker who is likely happy to just have a bed, but if you want to get any sleep, don't stay in room 202. I had originally booked an original Pullman room, but foolishly thought booking a Deluxe Room would get me a nice size room and a good night's sleep,...
