This is the only place we stay when we come to Maggie Valley. The rooms are clean and the staff takes really good care of you. This hotel has just been remodeled plus it has an indoor pool and spa. Good places to eat all around it with a creek running behind it.

The room had a great view over looking a lovely creek. That is the best I can say. The shower curtain had several gashes and holes in the plastic part of it. I left my shampoo at home and thought "no big deal, I will use the amenities here" and without looking grabbed the two mini bottles off the counter....

The rooms are somewhat dated, but clean and the property is well managed. No problem when we arrived early for check-in and didn't come back again until after midnight.

This a great place to stay in Maggie Valley! The rooms are nice and clean and have the best balcony anywhere! We stayed in the backside of the hotel and the porch view was a beautiful flowing stream. The rocking chairs made it more enjoyable. The breakfast was good and kept stocked and included eggs (scrambled and boiled) sausage, waffle...

We had a very relaxing weekend in Maggie Valley as a family, on a weekend ski trip. I would recommend staying at this hotel, due to the fact that it is fairly close to the ski resort. The rooms were nothing fancy, but they were clean and comfortable and definitely worth it for the reasonable nightly rate. Check-in was stress-free,...

Our church group has stayed here twice now and both times we've had a great experience. The children loved the indoor heated pool in February and the continental breakfast was very good.
